Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 (1) 30もしくはそれ以上のpKaを有する非イオン性重合塩基触媒にラク タムを接触させてポリアミドを生成することを特徴とするラクタムの開環重合法 。 (2) 前記重合触媒が下記構造のホスファゼン塩基であることを特徴とする請 求項1に記載のラクタムの開環重合法。 ここで、 R1は、C1からC8の分枝または直鎖アルキルからなる群から選ばれ ; RはCH3から選ばれるか、あるいは両Rが共に−(CH2)4−であり ; そして m,n,およびyは、独立に整数0〜3からなる群から選択される。 (3) mが2、nが2、そしてyが0であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載 のラクタムの開環重合法。 (4) mが3、nが3、そしてyが0であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載 のラクタムの開環重合法。 (5) mが3、nが2、そしてyが1であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載 のラクタムの開環重合法。 (6) mが3、nが1、そしてyが2であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載 のラクタムの開環重合法。 (7) mが1、nが1、そしてyが0であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載 のラクタムの開環重合法。 (8) 前記ホスファゼン塩基がP2−Etであることを特徴とする請求項7に 記載のラクタムの開環重合法。 (9) mが3、nが0、そしてyが3であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載 のラクタムの開環重合法。 (10) 前記ホスファゼン塩基がP4−t−BUおよびP4−t−Octからなる 群から選ばれることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のラクタムの開環重合法。 (11) 前記ホスファゼン塩基がP4−t−BUであることを特徴とする請求項 9に記載のラクタムの開環重合法。 (12) 前記ラクタムが、ε−カプロラクタム、エナントラクタムおよびナイロ ン66環状一量体からなる群から選ばれることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のラ クタムの開環重合法。 (13) 前記ラクタムが、ε−カプロラクタムであることを特徴とする請求項12 に記載のラクタムの開環重合法。 (14) 前記ラクタムが、ナイロン66環状一量体であることを特徴とする請求 項12に記載のラクタムの開環重合法。 (15) 前記ラクタムが、エナントラクタムであることを特徴とする請求項12に 記載のラクタムの開環重合法。 (16) 前記重合が少なくとも150℃の温度で実施されることを特徴とする請 求項2に記載のラクタムの開環重合法。 (17) 前記重合が200℃から275℃の温度で実施されることを特徴とする 請求項16に記載のラクタムの開環重合法。 (18) 前記重合が1〜100ATMの圧力下で行われることを特徴とする請求 項2に記載のラクタムの開環重合法。 (19) 雰囲気が無酸素で本質的に無水分であることを特徴とする請求項2に記 載のラクタムの開環重合法。 (20) 共触媒、N−アセチル−ε−カプロラクタムの有効量がさらに含まれる ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のラクタムの開環重合法。 (21) 30もしくはそれ以上のpKaを有する非イオン性重合塩基触媒にラク タムの混合物を接触させて共重合ポリアミドを生成することを特徴とするラクタ ムの開環重合法。
