Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.車両駆動ユニットのトルクを調節する調節要素がドライバ希望とは独立に 設定走行速度を維持する方向に操作される車両の設定走行速度の維持方法におい て、 設定速度を維持するために調節要素を操作することにより車両加速度が車両の 実際速度の関数値に調節されることを特徴とする車両の設定走行速度の維持方法 。 2.実際速度が設定速度より小さいとき、加速度の設定値が正でありかつ一般 に実際速度が低いほど高く、一方実際速度が設定速度より大きいとき、車両加速 度の設定値は負でありかつ一般にその値は実際速度が高いほど高いことを特徴と する請求項1の方法。 3.実際速度が設定速度に対応する値のとき設定加速度が0であることを特徴 とする請求項1または2の方法。 4.車両の実際加速度が形成され、かつ車両駆動ユニットのトルクが実際加速 度と加速度のそれぞれの設定目標値との間の差の関数として変化されることを特 徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかの方法。 5.加速度値が小さいときよりも、実際速度値が設定速度値に対し大きくかけ 離れている場合における加速度値が大きいときに、車両加速度を調節するトルク との係合がより早く行われることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかの方 法。 6.実際速度値と車両加速度に対する設定値との間に対応が形成されている請 求項1ないし5のいずれかの方法。 7.設定速度がドライバにより設定可能でありおよび各設定速度に対し実際速 度の加速度設定値に対する対応が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1ない し6のいずれかの方法。 8.調節要素が空圧式調節要素であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のい ずれかの方法。 9.空圧式調節要素内の圧力があらかじめ、操作が開始されたときまたは操作 の作用方向が変化したときに調節要素内の圧力を変化させて駆動ユニットのトル クの直接応答を確実に行わせる値に制御されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし 8のいずれかの方法。 10.各設定速度に対し、実際速度値の関数として加速度投入値を設定する第 2の対応が形成され、ここで投入加速度に対する値が車両加速度の設定値より値 として小さいことを特徴とする請求項9の方法。 11.車両駆動ユニットのトルクを調節しかつ設定車両速度を維持する方向に 操作する調節要素が設けられた車両の設定走行速度の維持装置において、 設定速度を維持するために調節要素を操作することにより車両加速度が車両の 実際速度の関数値に設定する制御手段が設けられていることを特徴とする車両の 設定走行速度の維持装置。
