Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 酸素イオン導電性固体電解質上に設けられたポンプセルを有しておりZ該 ポンプセルには、外側及び内側のポンプ電極を備えており、そのうち前記内側の ポンプ電極は、拡散チャネル内で測定ガスに曝されている酸素測定センサにおい て、拡散チャネル(15)内に、拡散方向に、内側ポンプ電極(17)の後ろ側 にもう一つの電極(18)が設けられており、該電極には、ポンプセル(20) を用いて、少なくともほぼλ=1に相応する酸素分圧が調整可能であるようにし たことを特徴とする酸素測定センサ。 2. 内側のポンプ電極(17)は拡散チャネル(15)内で拡散方向に沿って 平坦であり、その結果、前記ポンプ電極(17)の、拡散方向の端(XE)には 、少なくともほぼ、電極(18)のところに調整される酸素分圧が加わる請求の 範囲1記載の酸素測定センサ。 3. 拡散チャネル(15)は、ポンプ区間高さ(h2)のポンプ区間(E)と テスト空間高さ(h3)のテスト空間(T)を有しており、その際、ポンプ区間 高さ(h2)は、テスト空間高さ(h3)よりも大きい請求の範囲1記載の酸素測 定センサ。 4. 拡散チャネル(15)内で、ポンプ区間(E)には、拡散高さ(h1)の 拡散区間(D)が測定ガス 側に設けられている請求の範囲3記載の酸素測定センサ。 5. ポンプ電極(17)は、トリマ抵抗(Ra)を有しており、該トリマ抵抗 には、ポンプセル(20)の全抵抗が調整可能である請求の範囲1記載の酸素測 定センサ。
