Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.硫黄含有燃料の燃焼により生成される煙道気体からの酸排出を低減させるた めの方法であって、該方法が、煙道気体温度において分解し、二酸化硫黄と反応 し得るアルカリ性化合物を生成させ得るところの熱不安定性アルカリ土類金属化 合物を包含する熱分解性液体を、該煙道気体を包含する煙道内に導入することを 包含する方法。 2.該熱分解性液体が、該燃料内に取込まれる請求項1に記載の方法。 3.該熱不安定性アルカリ性化合物を包含する該熱分解性液体が、該煙道内に注 入される請求項1に記載の方法。 4.該燃料が、石炭、石油タール又はピッチである請求項1に記載の方法。 5.該熱分解性液体が、セルロース、リグニン又はデンプンを包含する原料から 得られる請求項1に記載の方法。 6.該熱分解性液体が酸性であり、かつ塩基性アルカリ土類金属化合物により少 なくとも部分的に中和される方法であって、該液体と該アルカリ土類金属化合物 が反応し、該熱不安定性化合物を生成させる請求項5に記載の方法。 7.該塩基性化合物が、アルカリ土類金属酸化物、水酸化物又は炭酸塩である請 求項6に記載の方法。 8.該塩記性化合物が、炭酸カルシウムである請求項7に記載の方法。 9.該アルカリ性熱分解性液体を該煙道内に導入する前に、該アルカリ性熱分解 性液体を酸化することを包含する請求項1に記載 の方法。 10.該酸化が空気により行われる請求項9に記載の方法。 11.煙道気体の酸含有量を低減させるために、硫黄含有燃料の燃焼により得ら れる該煙道気体中に注入するための液体添加物であって、該液体が、煙道気体温 度において分解し、二酸化硫黄と反応し得るアルカリ性化合物を生成させ得ると ころの熱不安定性アルカリ土類金属化合物を少なくとも1種包含することにより 、当初は酸性であり、塩基性アルカリ土類金属化合物により少なくとも部分的に 中和される熱分解性液体を包含する添加物。 12.該熱分解性液体が、セルロース、リグニン又はデンプンを包含する原料か ら得られる請求項11に記載の液体。 13.該塩基性アルカリ土類金属化合物が、アルカリ土類金属酸化物、水酸化物 又は炭酸塩である請求項11に記載の液体。 14.該塩基性アルカリ土類金属化合物が、炭酸カルシウムである請求項13に 記載の液体。 15.煙道気体の温度において分解し、該煙道気体中の二酸化硫黄と反応し得る ところのアルカリ性化合物を生成させ得る熱不安定性化合物を少なくとも1種包 含する液体を製造するための方法であって、該方法が、塩基性アルカリ土類金属 化合物により、酸性熱分解性液体を少なくとも部分的に中和することを包含する 方法。 16.該塩基性化合物が、アルカリ土類金属酸化物、水酸化物又は炭酸塩である 請求項15に記載の方法。 17.該塩基性化合物が、カルシウムである請求項16に記載の方法。 18.該アルカリ性熱分解性液体を酸化することを包含する請求項15に記載の 方法。 19.該酸化が、空気により行われる請求項18に記載の方法。
