Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.平滑化又は再仕上げ操作の一部として表面にガイドコートを形成する方法 であって、微細に分割された微粒子材料を表面上に分布させて、この材料が表面 の凹凸の上に残り、この材料がそれが適用された表面に対して色を引き立たせる 工程からなる方法。 2.微粒子材料が浸み込んだアプリケータで表面を拭くことによって、微粒子 材料を表面上に分布させる請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。 3.材料の気体中雲状物を表面に向けることによって、微粒子材料を表面上に 分布させる請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。 4.微粒子材料が粉末ペイントからなる請求の範囲第1項、第2項又は第3項 記載の方法。 5.微細に分割された微粒子材料のガイドコートを形成するための材料及びこ の微粒子材料を表面上に分布させるためのアプリケータ手段からなるガイドコー ト形成装置。 6.内部に材料が実質的に自由な、微細に分割された微粒子状で保持されてい る容器が含まれる請求の範囲第5項記載の装置。 7.アプリケータ手段が、微粒子材料を浸み込ませることができるアプリケー タからなる請求の範囲第6項記載の装置。 8.アプリケータが容器内に嵌合する大きさである請求の範囲第7項記載の装 置。 9.アプリケータが容器の開放端部内に嵌合し、そうして容器を閉鎖する形状 である請求の範囲第8項記載の装置。 10.アプリケータが容器を閉鎖するための閉鎖手段に取り付けられている請 求の範囲第7項又は第8項記載の装置。 11.閉鎖手段に、作業者がアプリケータを手の中に保持し易いようにするた めの保持手段が設けられている請求の範囲第10項記載の装置。 12.容器に、それを通して微粒子材料をまき散らせるか振り落とすことがで きる穴あき手段が設けられている請求の範囲第6〜11項の何れか1項記載の装 置。 13.アプリケータが容器の開放端部内に嵌合しているとき、穴あき手段がア プリケータから間隔が空けられている請求の範囲第9項又は第10項に従属する ときの請求の範囲第12項記載の装置。 14.乾燥剤が微粒子材料と混合され、穴が微粒子材料の通過を許容するが乾 燥剤の通過を阻止するような大きさである請求の範囲第12項又は第13項記載 の装置。 15.容器が手の中に保持するために適した大きさである請求の範囲第6〜1 4項の何れか1項記載の装置。 16.アプリケータ手段が微粒子材料を材料の気体中雲状物として放出するた めの手段からなる請求の範囲第6項記載の装置。 17.材料が実質的に自由な、微細に分割された微粒子状であり、アプリケー タ手段が微粒子材料を浸み込ませることができるアプリケータからなり、アプリ ケータ手段が微粒子材料を含有するか又は微粒子材料を含有するための封入容器 の一部を形成する請求の範囲第5項記載の装置。 18.ガイドコートを形成するための材料が固められた実質的に固体の形状で あり、アプリケータ手段が、その上を擦ったとき固体形状物から微細に分割され た微粒子状で材料を除去することができ、微粒子材料を浸み込ませることができ るものからなる請求の範囲第5項記載の装置。 19.アプリケータが合成フォーム材料からなる請求の範囲第7〜15項の何 れか1項記載の装置。 20.アプリケータの表面が研摩材料で形成されている請求の範囲第19項記 載の装置。 21.微粒子材料が粉末ペイントである請求の範囲第5〜20項の何れか1項 記載の装置。 22.粉末を表面に、実質的に添付する図面を参照して前記したようなガイド コートとして適用するためのガイドコート形成装置。 23.請求の範囲第5〜21項の何れか1項記載の装置を使用して、表面にガ イドコートを形成する方法。 24.実質的に前記したような平滑化操作の一部として表面にガイドコートを 形成する方法。 25.請求の範囲第1〜4項、第23項及び第24項の何れか1項記載の方法 により表面にガイドコートを形成して、表面の凹凸を目に見えるのを強調し、こ のようにして際立たせられた表面凹凸を研摩し及び/又は充填し及び/又は再生 する工程からなる、表面の平滑化又は再仕上げ方法。
