- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ポリ不飽和脂肪酸を4%以下及び多数の脂肪族環含む改良テロ重合油であっ て、該テロ重合植物油が、少なくとも2つの共役二重結合を有する脂肪酸を少な くとも25%有する共役トリグリセリド油約20%〜約70%と、ポリ不飽和で、約16 〜約26の炭素原子の鎖長(分岐なし)を有する脂肪酸約10%〜約75%を有するト リグリセリド植物油約30%〜約80%とから製造される、上記改良テロ重合油。 2.共役トリグリセリド油が、キリ油、ω-3脂肪酸に富む魚油、タラ肝油から得 られたもの、植物トリグリセリド油から合成されたもの、及びそれらの組み合わ せである、請求項1に記載の改良テロ重合油。 3.植物トリグリセリド油が、ナタネ油、クランベ油、ミードウフォーム油、大 豆油、ピーナッツ油、コーン油、ベニバナ油、ヒマワリ種子油、綿実油、オリー ブ油、ココナッツ油、パーム油、アマニ油、及びそれらの組み合わせから得られ る、請求項1又は2に記載の改良テロ重合油。 4.少なくとも2つの共役二重結合でポリ不飽和となっている脂肪酸を少なくと も25%有する共役トリグリセリド油約20%〜約70%と、ポリ不飽和で、約16〜約 26の炭素原子の鎖長(分岐なし)を有する脂肪酸を約10%〜約75%有する植物ト リグリセリド油約30%〜約80%を、約150℃〜約400℃で、約3時間〜約10時間、 非酸化性雰囲気中で加熱し、共役トリグリセリド油及び植物トリグリセリド油中 のポリ不飽和脂肪酸の総数を、脂肪族環の形成により10%未満に減らすことを含 む工程により製造される改良テロ重合油。 5.共役トリグリセリド油が、キリ油、ω-3脂肪酸に富む魚油、タラ肝油から得 られたもの、植物トリグリセリド油から合成されたもの、及びそれらの組み合わ せである、請求項4に記載の改良テロ重合油。 6.植物トリグリセリド油が、ナタネ油、クランベ油、ミードウフォーム油、大 豆油、ピーナッツ油、コーン油、ベニバナ油、ヒマワリ種子油、綿実油、オリー ブ油、ココナッツ油、パーム油、アマニ油、及びそれらの組み合わせから得られ る、請求項4又は5に記載の改良テロ重合油。 7.少なくとも2つの共役二重結合でポリ不飽和となっている脂肪酸を少なくと も25%有する共役トリグリセリド油約20%〜約70%と、ポリ不飽和で約16〜約26 の炭素原子の鎖長を有する脂肪酸を約10%〜約75%有する植物トリグリセリド油 約30%〜約80%とを、約150℃〜約400℃で、約3時間〜約10時間、非酸化性雰囲 気中で加熱し、共役トリグリセリド油及び植物トリグリセリド油中のポリ不飽和 量を、脂肪族環の形成により4%未満に減らすことを含む改良テロ重合油の合成 方法。 8.植物トリグリセリド油が、ナタネ油、クランベ油、ミードウフォーム油、大 豆油、ピーナッツ油、コーン油、ベニバナ油、ヒマワリ種子油、綿実油、オリー ブ油、ココナッツ油、パーム油、アマニ油、及びそれらの組み合わせから得られ る、請求項7に記載の方法。 9.共役トリグリセリド油及び植物トリグリセリド中のポリ不飽和の量が、4% 未満である、請求項7に記載の方法。 10.以下の工程を含む、非共役植物トリグリセリド油原料からの改良テロ重合油 の合成方法: (1)使用するハロゲンの少なくとも30重量%が吸収されるまで、0-50℃で、モ ノ不飽和植物トリグリセリド油をハロゲン化し、 (2)ハロゲン化モノ不飽和植物トリグリセリド油を塩基で処理して、塩と植物 油中に約30-60%の共役二重結合脂肪酸を形成し、 (3)約150℃〜約400℃で、約3時間〜約10時間、非酸化性雰囲気中で加熱し、 共役トリグリセリド油及び植物トリグリセリド油中のポリ不飽和量を、脂肪族環 の形成により4%未満に減らす工程。 11.モノ不飽和植物油が、HEAR即ち高エルカ酸ナタネ油、コーン油、クランベ油 、ミードウフォーム油、アマニ油、又はオレイン酸等の主にモノ不飽和脂肪酸を 有する他の植物種子油からなる群より選択される、請求項10に記載の方法。 12.ハロゲンが塩素であって、且つ、塩基がNaOH、KOH及びCa(OH)2からなる群よ り選択される、請求項10に記載の方法。 13.モノ不飽和植物油が60%まで溶媒で希釈され、このとき、該溶媒がハロゲン 化溶媒であって3個以下の炭素原子を含んでいる、請求項10に記載の方法。
