Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.アクチュエータ軸に沿って互いに並進し得るとともにこのアクチュエータ軸 を中心として回転し得る2つのアクチュエータ区分を具え、第1アクチュエータ 区分はコイル系を有し、第2アクチュエータ区分は空隙を介して前記コイル系と 共働する永久磁石系を有する電磁アクチュエータにおいて、前記コイル系は、導 磁性ヨークに配設するとともに前記アクチュエータ軸と同軸を成す円筒状並進コ イルおよびトロイダル状回転コイルを具え、且つ前記永久磁石系は前記アクチュ エータ軸と同軸を成す環状磁石を具え、該環状磁石は前記円筒状並進コイルおよ びトロイダル状回転コイルと共働して半径方向に磁化され、この半径方向の磁化 は環状片により中断され、前記導磁性ヨークは前記並進コイルが巻装される中心 コアと前記回転コイルが配設されるシェルとを有し、これら中心コアおよびシェ ルによって前記環状磁石を配設するスペースを画成し、前記導磁性ヨークは前記 中心コアおよび前記シェルをブリッジ連結するようにしたことを特徴とする電磁 アクチュエータ。 2.前記シェルは導磁性材料より成る中断円筒状壁部によって形成することを特 徴とする請求項1に記載の電磁アクチュエータ。 3.前記シェルには前記ブリッジの近くに位置し、前記アクチュエータ軸に平行 に延在するストット状ギャップを設けるようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1ま たは2に記載の電磁アクチュエータ。 4.前記環状区分は前記環状磁石の断続部により形成することを特徴とする請求 項1、2または3に記載の電磁アクチュエータ。 5.前記環状磁石および前記環状区分はともに相俟って連続リングを形成し、こ の際環状区分は環状磁石とは逆に磁化することを特徴とする請求項1、2、3ま たは4に記載の電磁アクチュエータ。 6.前記第1アクチュエータ区分は静止区分とすることを特徴とする請求項1に 記載の電磁アクチュエータ。 7.請求項1〜3の何れかの項に記載のアクテュエータと、一方のアクテュエー タ区分の他方のアクテュエータ区分に対する並進位置および回転位置を測定す る測定システムとを具えることを特徴とするアクテュエータユニット。 8.前記測定システムは前記アクテュエータ区分の一方に配設され第1透明パタ ーンを有する円筒状情報キャリアと、他方のアクテュエータ区分に配設され第2 透明パターンを有するマスク、放射線源システムおよびこの放射線源システムに 対向して配列された放射線感応センサシステムを有するユニットとを具え、前記 第1透明パターンおよびこれに平行に延在する第2透明パターンを前記放射線源 システムおよび前記放射線感応センサシステム間に延在させるようにしたことを 特徴とする請求項7に記載のアクテュエータユニット。 9.前記放射線源として発光ダイオードを用い、前記センサシステムとしてフォ トダイオードを用いるようにしたことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のアクテュエ ータユニット。 10.実際の並進位置を表わす前記測定システムの出力信号および所望の並進位 置を表わす信号を比較して第1の差信号を発生するとともに実際の回転位置を表 わす前記測定システムの出力信号および所望の回転位置を表わす信号を比較して 第2の差信号を発生する手段を具える制御システムを設け、これら差信号を前記 並進コイルおよび前記回転コイルを制御する制御ユニットに供給するようにした ことを特徴とする請求項7,8または9のいずれかに記載のアクテュエータユニ ット。 11.請求項1〜3の何れかの項に記載の少なくとも1つのアクテュエータと、 請求項1〜3の何れかの項に記載の少なくとも1つのアクテュエータユニットと を具える物体のピックアップ位置決め機械。
