Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 相互に平行する機械部品(10,12)の間の力、好ましくは力のバイ パスにおける力を測定する力センサ(18)を備える力測定装置であって、相互 に平行する当接面(5,6)を備え、該当接面の間の直角方向距離は調整可能で あることから成る力測定装置において、 前記力センサ(18)は第1測定ウェッジ(1)内に組込まれており、 前記第1測定ウェッジ(1)は平坦な第2測定ウェッジ(3)上を平行変位で きるように配置されており、前記平行変位は前記当接面(5,6)に対して傾斜 している前記測定ウェッジ(1,3)の相互に平行し且つ相互に対向する摺動面 (15,16)を介して為されており、 前記第1測定ウェッジ(1)を前記第2測定ウェッジ(3)に対して移動させ て前記当接面(5,6)の間の距離を設定することができる調整装置(7,8) によって、前記第1測定ウェッジ(1)と前記第2測定ウェッジ(3)とを相互 に連結していることを特徴とする力測定装置。 2. 前記測定ウェッジ(1)内の前記力センサ(18)は凹部(13)内の より高い領域内に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の力測定装置 。 3. 前記力センサ(18)は第1測定面(11)を備え、該第1測定面(1 1)は、前記測定ウェッジ(1)を越えて突出すると共に第1当接面(5)を形 成し、前記測定ウェッジ(1)内で、当該第1測定面に平行している第2測定面 (14)によって支持されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2の内の何れか 一項に記載の力測定装置。 4. 前記第2測定ウェッジ(3)は凹部(17)内に前記第1測定ウェッジ (1)を収容しており、該凹部は、前記摺動面(15,16)の側方に延在して いる2つの側壁(4)によって限定されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3 の内の何れか一項に記載の力測定装置。 5.前記第2測定ウェッジ(3)内の前記凹部(17)は横壁(2)によって更 に限定されており、該横壁は、前記第1測定ウェッジ(1)と協働する前記調整 装置(7,8)を配備していることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の力測定装置。 6. 前記力センサ(18)は複数の圧電集積クォーツプレート(20)を備 えて、一次元、相互に直交する二次元或いは三次元の力測定を可能としているこ とを特徴とする請求項1乃至5の内の何れか一項に記載の力測定装置。 7. 前記摺動面(15,16)の前記当接面(5,6)に対する傾斜角度は 約3°から約9°、好ましくは約6°であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6の 内の何れか一項に記載の力測定装置。 8. 前記力センサ(18)への接続ケーブル(22)は上方の測定ウェッジ (1)の短い端辺の一方の外側に導かれていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7 の内の何れか一項に記載の力測定装置。
