Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 膝関節成形の施術中に股関節部の機能上の中心を探知する方法であって 、基準系内の空間の一点の位置変化を測定する測定装置を用意する段階と、 該測定装置を患者の大腿骨の一点に接続する段階と、 基準系内での大腿骨頭の変位に抵抗するように、患者の寛骨臼を相対的に固定す る段階と、 基準系内で大腿骨を回転させて、位置を変え、基準系内で位置を変えた大腿骨の 点の位置変化を測定し、位置変化の測定値を用いて、変った位置すべてを含む表 面からなる理論領域の中心を探知することを少なくとも3回反復する段階と を含む方法。
