Abstract
主流ですが走行距離に制限があるうえ、充電しなければ
なりません。この電池では、カートリッジ化した物を交
換しながら連続的に使用しようとするものです。又 再
生はスタンドなどでテープとプーリーのみを交換し再供
給します、回収されたテープとプーリーは工場等で選別
再生され、スタンドへ供給されます。 【構成】 テープの表面に酸化起電する金属を薄く張り
陰極とし、プーリーの表面に活性炭などで構成する空気
極(陽極)を圧着させて起電します。プーリーが回転す
ることにより巻き付けたテープが更新されます。
Description
案したものです。充電式の電源と違って、電池全体を交
換し、連続使用できます。電池はリサイクルを前提に各
パーツを単純化し、分解・再生しやすく構成し、スタン
ド等で交換再生し低価格化できます。充電池と比較して
起電時にモーター等の動力源を必要としますが、起電量
と消費量の比較で補助電源を設ければ解決できます。
ければならず、長距離連続運転ができません。蓄電池
は、高価で寿命があり交換流通させる事ができません。
量が少なくなったらスタンドで交換することにより連続
使用ができる為、長距離運転が可能になります。又 こ
の電池では、希少金属や発火、爆発物質を使用しない為
安価に供給でき、安全に使用できます。
ち、酸化しにくく、若干の耐熱性を有する物質を基材と
し、テープ状にしその片面に酸化起電金属を薄く塗布す
るものとします。基材には、カーボンファイバーを最終
焼結前に圧延成型し焼結したリボンなどの上記条件を満
たす物質を使用します。酸化起電金属には、亜鉛、鉄、
アルミニューム等があります。塗布方法には、メッキや
蒸着等の方法があります。陽極部は、中空なプーリーに
酸素供給する為に穴を開けて、多孔質な物質の空気拡散
層を巻き付け、さらに電解液の漏えいを防ぐ為に発水膜
を巻き付け、さらに金網状の電極を巻き付け、さらに活
性炭に触媒を混ぜたもので包み、さらに活性炭を保持す
る為にセパレータで包み陽極部とします。電池は、陽極
部となるプーリーの中心より空気を吹き込みながら、プ
ーリーのまわりにテープ状の陰極の金属面で巻きなが
ら、圧着させて、酸化反応を起こす事により起電しま
す。反応が進み電圧が低下したら、陽極のプーリーを回
転させて新しい陰極を供給し、起電を連続させます。

Claims (1)
- 【請求項1】電気を良く流す物質をテープ状に形成し、
その表面に酸化起電する金属を薄く膜状に形成し陰極に
します。ドラム状のプーリーに通気用の穴を開けて空気
拡散紙を巻つけ、さらに撥水膜を巻きつけて酸化触媒を
滲みこませた活性炭で包み、セパレータで包んで陽極に
します。陰極の金属面を陽極のセパレータ面に巻付け圧
着して起電し、電圧が低下するとドラムを回転させ陰極
を更新させる事で連続起電します。
