Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a main rope from swinging. SOLUTION: This circulating elevator comprises a circulating loop formed out of: two parallel main ropes 5A-7B, 11A-13B which are wound around a driving wheel and a defection wheel for a loop having a rising part, a lowering part and upper and lower horizontal parts. and cars 8-10, 14-16 rotatably-fitted onto a connecting beam which is bridged between the two main ropes for connection. The cars 8-10, 14-16 are adapted to circulate in one direction by fitting a driving source which the driving wheel drives independently for each circulating loop, is provided with a main rope swing stopping mechanism 38 fitted from the outside onto the two main ropes 5A-7B, 11A-13B respectively. It is thus possible to prevent the main rope from swinging caused by swinging of a building or the like.

2. Description of the Related Art FIG. 4 is a diagram showing an outline of the structure of a circulation type elevator. Generally, elevators that are operated in buildings are driven by a rope type that winds or unwinds a rope that suspends a riding basket around a drum to elevate the riding basket, or by using a counterweight and a rope and hoisting sheave. There is a traction system that is driven by the frictional force between them. In contrast to such a conventional elevator, a plurality of riding baskets 41 to 44 are installed in an operation path forming one loop by vertically connecting an up operation path and a down operation path as shown in FIG. Several circulating elevators configured to operate have been proposed. For example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 4-182292 proposes a circulation type elevator in which a plurality of riding baskets are guided and circulated on an endless rail. On the other hand, Japanese Patent Application No. 6
No. 167764 proposes a circulation type elevator in which a riding car is continuously circulated by a main rope and a plurality of circulating riding cars can be independently driven. this is,
Two parallel main ropes that are wound around a driving wheel and a deflecting wheel to form a loop having an ascending portion, a descending portion, and upper and lower horizontal portions, and are connected across the two main ropes. A circulating loop is formed by a riding basket rotatably attached to the connecting beam, and a plurality of circulating loops are formed to coaxially support the drive wheel and the deflecting wheel at each position. And
A drive source for independently driving the drive wheels is provided for each circulation loop to circulate the riding basket in one direction, and the connecting beam is mainly located at a position away from the outer edge of the drive wheels and the deflector wheels. It is connected to the rope. As described above, the circulation type elevator is significantly different from the conventional type elevator in that a plurality of riding baskets operate in one loop, and can obtain a large transportation capacity with a small lifting area.

However, as described above, two parallel main ropes are wound around the driving wheel and the deflecting wheel to form a loop having an ascending portion, a descending portion, and upper and lower horizontal portions. In a circulation type elevator in which a circulation loop is composed of a riding basket rotatably attached to a connecting beam connected across these two main ropes, especially when the operation path becomes long, the rope of the main rope is Swinging becomes a problem. The sway of the rope of the main rope is caused by, for example, the shaking of the building when an earthquake occurs, but when the sway is large, the rope of the main rope contacts the inside of the operation route and causes damage, The part where the rope of the main rope is wrapped around the drive wheel and the deflector wheel is misaligned, which causes trouble to the operation itself.

Further, each of the drive wheels 17A to 19B and 25A to 27B of the outer loop group in the rail has an independent drive source (not shown) to achieve high efficiency of operation of each circulation loop. . The pair of drive wheels of each loop, for example, the drive wheels 25A and 25B may be synchronously driven by one drive source. In each pair of main ropes, the connecting members 33A, 33 are located at positions avoiding engagement with the drive wheels and the deflecting wheels, that is, away from the peripheral edges of the drive wheels and the deflecting wheels.
A connecting beam 34 having both ends rotatably supported is connected via B, and one end of a free beam 35 having both ends rotatable is connected to the connecting beam 34. Also,
At the other end of the free beam 35, there are ride carts 8 to 1, respectively.
0, 14 to 16 are connected, and as a result, each riding basket is rotatably connected to the pair of main ropes and moves with the circulation of the main ropes.

In such a structure, since the connecting members 33A and 33B are located away from the pair of main ropes, the connecting beam 34 can get over the drive wheels and the deflecting wheels without interfering with the drive wheels and the deflecting wheels. , The riding basket can be moved horizontally away from the hoistways 1 and 2 without being separated from the main rope. Further, since the suspension core position of the riding basket and the circulation position core of the main rope are deviated, the subject tries to be displaced by a lateral load, which makes the traveling of the riding basket unstable. Therefore, in order for the main ropes to stably suspend the basket, the guide rollers 36 are provided at the portions of the connecting beams 34 opposite to the guide rails 3 and 4, and the guide rails 3 and 4 are provided.
The die roller 36 is brought into contact with each other to bear the lateral load acting on the main ropes so that the displacement does not occur. Also,
A dedicated rail for preventing displacement may be provided to receive the lateral load borne by the guide roller 36. When the riding basket passes through the upper and lower horizontal parts of the loop formed by the main rope, the guide rails 37A to 38B that horizontally support the weight of the riding basket are installed horizontally because the entire weight of the riding basket acts on the main rope. Then, by rolling the support roller 39 provided on the connecting beam 34 on the guide tracks 37A to 38B, unnecessary tension is prevented from acting on the main ropes.

In the circulation type elevator having the above-mentioned structure, in order to prevent the main ropes composed of wire ropes and chains from swaying due to factors such as swaying of the building due to the long running path, the position where the restraint is particularly required. 3, a steady rest mechanism 38 is provided as shown in FIG. In a circulation type elevator, a connecting beam is connected across a pair of parallel main ropes forming a loop, and a riding basket is rotatably attached. In other words, the main ropes form a loop on both sides of the riding basket and on the left and right of the operating route, and the riding basket moves up and down between them. Therefore, even during the operation of the riding basket, the shake of the main rope can be suppressed from the outside by the steady rest mechanism 38 without hindering the operation of the riding basket.

As is apparent from the above description, according to the present invention, a connecting beam to which a riding basket is rotatably attached is connected across a pair of parallel main ropes to form a main rope. While the car is going up and down between the two, the shake of the main rope is suppressed from the outside by the steady rest mechanism, so it is possible to prevent damage to the inside of the travel route due to the shake of the main rope. Moreover, since the swing of the main rope is suppressed from the outside, the steady rest mechanism can be easily attached, and the shake of the main rope can be suppressed without hindering the operation of the riding basket.
