2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, many super high-rise apartment buildings made of reinforced concrete using high-strength concrete have been designed and constructed. In addition, in recent apartments, in order to accommodate a private car owned by a resident, a high number of parking lots is often set as compared with an office building in the center of the city. For example, if the parking lot for visitors is included, the sufficiency rate is 10
It can be 0% or more. However, in the case of a highly integrated house such as a super high-rise apartment house, it is difficult to take a so-called blue sky parking space in an outdoor peripheral site. For this reason,
In many cases, a parking lot is built in the lower part of the house. However, in this case, the span division of the dwelling unit module is prioritized, and the pillar arrangement in the lower part of the parking lot is often restricted, which makes it difficult to design an efficient parking lot. Therefore,
There is also a design example in which a store and a machine room building are located in the lower part of the residential building, and the parking lot is located in the underground part under the artificial ground. In such a design, it is necessary to secure a site area above a certain level, and it is considered that there is a considerable amount of land where it is difficult to secure the volume in view of the floor area ratio, although the land can be made higher.
In addition, in the present specification, as the “super high-rise apartment house”, for example, a building including a residential building having 20 or more floors or a height of 60 m or more is assumed. However, it is needless to say that the number is not limited to this value, and the building may be used for an office building.

Marina City, which was constructed in Chicago, United States of America, is a well-known example that has solved the parking problem in the conventional super high-rise apartment building. In Marina City,
A self-propelled multi-storey parking lot consisting of 18 round spiral complete circular ramps (circular spiral lamps) is provided in the lower layer, and a center-core residential building consisting of a circular flat surface is provided in the upper layer above it. It is built in layers.

By the way, in the self-propelled multi-storey parking lot of Marina City, a part of the oblique road is extended to the outside to form a parking space, and the entire lower floor is a huge multi-graded oblique road. It forms a slope. This complicates the structural design and construction of the parking lot. Also, due to the circular center core structure, there are many dwelling units facing north. In such a north-facing dwelling unit, natural lighting by sunlight or the like is insufficient, and in Japan, which favors an environment with good sunshine conditions, the commercial value of a house is reduced. In addition, Marina City has a tower-shaped structure that bears horizontal force in the center core with high rigidity at the center, but it is a top heavy standing building where the high-rise part is stacked on the lower-rise part where the multi-storey car park is located. It has a surface structure. Therefore, construction of this type of structure in Japan, which is an earthquake-prone country, is subject to many restrictions in terms of construction cost and structure.

Further, an arcuate ramp 15 is externally attached so as to connect the respective self-propelled multi-storey parking lots of the three independent residential buildings 11. The longitudinal gradient of the arc-shaped ramp 15 is set so as to reach the floor one level above when one round goes through the arc-shaped ramp 15 at three locations from the given floor of interest. In this embodiment, the floor height of the parking lot zone 10 is about 3
Since it is set to m, the arcuate slope 15 at one location can move up and down by about 1 m. Each arcuate slope 15
Is constructed in combination with precast concrete slabs and precast concrete columns (not shown). Both ends of the arc-shaped oblique path 15 are connected to each housing 11 through expansion joints 16. As a result, it is possible to absorb the difference in displacement between the residential building 11 and the slope 15 that occurs during an earthquake. In the present embodiment, the example in which the arcuate ramp 15 is externally attached has been given, but the planar shape may be any curved ramp as long as a predetermined vertical gradient and safety of vehicle traveling are ensured. Needless to say. In addition, since the slope portion travels up and down along a curve, it is preferable to consider a predetermined one-sided slope and a measure for preventing skid of the road surface.

Next, a plane layout of the high-rise dwelling unit zone 20 will be described with reference to FIGS. 3 and 4. In the upper part of the parking lot zone 10, as shown in FIG.
A separate residential building 21 has been constructed. The overall planar shape is a void type in which each housing 21 is connected by a connecting wall and has a blow-out space 40 in the center. In the present embodiment, the core portion 30 further extends substantially at the center position of the blow-out space 40 in plan view. This core part 30 and each housing 21
A communication bridge 35 is provided between the elevator 31 and
Also, it is possible to access each dwelling unit from the stairs 32. As shown in FIG. 3, by arranging three dwellings 21, it is possible to enhance the southern aspect of each dwelling unit. Also,
Since each dwelling 21 is constructed independently, it is possible to reduce the height of the dwelling unit that is a dwelling unit facing north as shown in FIG. It should be noted that each dwelling 21 is designed as an independent structure, and is additionally stiffened by a connecting wall 22. Therefore, the horizontal resistance of the connected housing units 21 during an earthquake is much better than that of the center core structure type. In addition, the connecting wall 22 may be provided with slits at intervals that are structurally possible. As a result, it is possible to reduce the feeling of blockage in the blow-out space portion as compared with the conventional void type. In addition, you may connect each housing ridge 21 with several connection beams. In addition, it is possible to reduce the influence of the building wind generated around the building by appropriately setting the slit spacing and the arrangement spacing of the connecting beams.
