得た各化粧水について、女性24名(8名×3グルー
プ)を対象に1日2回、朝夜に塗布させ1〜2か月間連
続使用し、その後の肌の状態を調査した。実施例7〜9
の化粧水には、上述の如く実施例1、4、6の植物抽出
物混合体が配合されており、また比較例8〜10の化粧
水には比較例1、3、7のものが夫々配合されている。
得られた結果を下記の表3に示す。ここでの判定基準
は、−:0(効果を認めない)、±:1(わずかに効果
を認める)、+:2(効果を認める)である。合計欄
は、(ポイント×人数)を各サンプルごと合計した数を
記入した。

て、女性健常人30名を対象にパッチテスト(密封貼付
試験)及びフォトパッチテスト(光貼付試験:UV−
A)を行なった。パッチテストについては48、72時
間後に判定、フォトパッチテストについては24、48
時間後に判定を行った。判定基準は、−:変化を認めな
い、±:発赤の極めて弱い、+:発赤がはっきり認めら
れる、++:腫れ、丘疹、水疱を伴った強い発赤が認め
られる、の4段階とした。その結果、実施例7〜11の
各化粧製剤に関し、+以上は認められず、±も1件であ
った。また、実施例1〜6の植物抽出物混合体について
も、+以上は認められず、±も2件であった。
