ラスビーズを混ぜて、その性質を向上させようとするも
のである。 【構成】 セメントペースト（２）、水、混和材料、
骨材（１、３）としてガラス片（５）、ガラスビーズ
（４）を使用したコンクリートである。

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【産業上の利用分野】この発明は、コンクリートの骨材
にガラス片、ガラスビーズを混ぜた建築材に関するもの
である。

【従来の技術】従来のコンクリートには、骨材として
砂、海砂、砕砂、砕石、高炉スラグ細骨材・粗骨材、天
然軽量骨材、人工軽量骨材が使われている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】コンクリートの骨材と
してガラス片、ガラスビーズを混ぜることによって、そ
の流動性、水密性を高め、加強、軽量化、また、壊れた
ガラスの製品、廃材を活かす目的で発明されたのであ
る。

【課題を解決するための手段】セメント、水、骨材、混
和材料にガラスを砕いたものをその建築条件に応じて、
配合を変え、コンクリートを打つ。

【作用と実施例】骨材として要求される性質は、 硬く強いもの ごみ、泥、有機物を含まないもの 気象作用による影響を受けないもの 比重の大きいもの 単位容積質量の大きいもの 擦り減らないもの 吸水量の少ないもの 粒形のよいもの 粒度分布のよいものである。（コンクリートの知識
技報堂出版による） ガラス片、ガラスビーズは以上の条件をほぼ満たし、そ
の配合の仕方によって、新しいタイプのコンクリートを
作ることが出来る。

【発明の効果】したがって、ガラスの粒度を調節すれ
ば、フレッシュコンクリートの流動性、コンクリートの
水密性を高め、軽量化、強度を高め、しかも、ガラスビ
ン、ガラス廃材を砕くだけで再利用出来るので、経済的
である。また、ガラスは着色し易く、建築物の外観をき
れいにする効果もある。
