いのが実状である。現在使用されている殺菌剤、殺虫剤
の殆んどが、作物のワツクス層や害虫の表皮を溶かし、
農薬を浸透させるという薬剤が多い。つまりは農薬は果
物、野菜等の作物全体に生息している有益な生き物迄殺
失し、健康な生長を害するような問題がある。本発明は
このような問題点を解決することを目的として開発した
ものであつて、多くの果実、野菜等の栽培業者に有効な

病菌が増殖しにくく、又分散されて出来た成分が作物に
良い影響を与え、植物の活力が高くなり表面のワツクス
層も厚くなる結果となる。その上地面に落ちた液体によ
つて殺菌され土壌病害も少なくなる。酢は作物の生理代
謝を促進し、品質を高める働らきがあるので、植物に散
布した場合、害虫の天敵であるトンボクモ、テントウ虫
等はいち早く逃散し勾いが消える迄当の植物に寄ること
はない。このように本発明に係る液体の製造は画期的な

材である酢に別の物質を適量に配合した製造関係を示す

る為に安全な食品添加物である。又キトサンは、酢酸、
クエン酸等の酸に溶けコロイド状となるが、この溶液は
乾燥により強固な被膜を形成する。この被膜に着目し、
酢と混ぜることにより液散布後油虫に付着した後、被膜
で油虫の気孔を塞ぎ窒息死させる。更に乳化剤として、
グリセリン脂肪酸エステルを使用するが、これはサラダ
油を酢に乳化させる為に使用し又油虫の体に液が付着し
易くするようにするためである。本発明においては乳化
剤としてポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステルを使用してお
り、これは精製したポリグリセリンと脂肪酸とをエステ
ル化して製成して食品用乳化剤としている。以上に記載
した原材料を使用し、それぞれのテストを行なつた結果
