실시 예 2의 살선충 조성물을 500g/300평으로 준비하였다. 1000㎡(300평)의 비닐하우스에 오이를 정식하여 15일 후에 500㎖의 약량을 4,000배로 희석하여 관주한다. 선충 방제제의 희석액을 15일 간격으로 3회 처리한 15일 후에 토양을 채취하여 선충을 분리한 뒤 무처리구와 개체수를 비교하여 살선충률(%)을 조사하였다. 그 결과를 하기 표 3에 나타내었다. 오이 재배 하우스에 살선충 조성물의 처리(500㎖/300평) 시에 무처리구와 비교하면, 98%의 높은 방제율이 나타났다. 또한 오이에 대한 약해는 발생되지 않은 것으로 관찰되었다.When the nematic cultivation house was treated with the nematicidal composition (500 ml / 300 pyeong), a high control rate of 98% was observed compared to the untreated group.
