Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily confirm the burning out of a glass-tube current fuse by forming a hole through which the burning out of the fuse can be confirmed through a printed board from the surface of solder soldering the fuse to the printed board. SOLUTION: A glass-tube current fuse 1 is mechanically held on and electrically connected to a printed board 1 through a fuse holder 3. The holder 3 is soldered to a pattern formed on the board 4 after the holder 3 is inserted into the board 4. The board 4 has a hole 2 below the fuse 1 so that the fuse 1 can be visually confirmed through the hole 2 from the rear surface side of the board 4 and the fuse 1 can be attached to and detached from the holder 3 with a tool from the surface side of the solder through the hole 2.

2. Description of the Related Art As a conventional printed circuit board technology according to the present invention, as shown in FIG. 3, a position where a fuse 1 can be easily attached and detached even when the printed circuit board is incorporated in a power supply plate. The fuse 1 is arranged in the above. This may result in an inefficient design such as an increase in the area of the printed circuit board as a result of an unreasonable pattern design by giving priority to the arrangement of the fuse 1. In addition, when efficient component placement and pattern design are performed,
As shown in FIG. 3, the fuse 1 may be disposed inside the power supply plate and may be surrounded by other components. Here, the usual removal of the fuse 1 has been realized by pulling it out from the direction A. Therefore, it is difficult to attach and detach the fuse 1 unless the entire printed board 4 is pulled out from the power board.

In the prior art disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. Sho 62-184773, there is a conventional example in which a hole is formed in a printed circuit board directly below a component for the purpose of facilitating the removal of surface mount components. In the printed circuit board without holes, the glass tube current fuse is looked into from the component mounting surface.
It was provided in front of the printed circuit board. That is, it was confirmed whether or not the current fuse was broken only from the component side.

As described above, in the prior art, in order to optimize the arrangement of the fuses, it is a problem that other component arrangements are sacrificed or the pattern design becomes inefficient. . In addition, as shown in FIG.
When the fuse 1 is surrounded by other components and is arranged in the back of the power supply plate, there is a problem that the fuse 1 is not blown and the fuse cannot be easily replaced. Further, in a structure in which the solder side of the printed circuit board is mounted on the front side during service, there is a problem that it is necessary to remove the printed circuit board and turn it over.

In FIG. 1A, a glass tube current fuse 1 is mechanically held and electrically connected to a printed circuit board 4 through a fuse holder 3. The fuse holder 3 is soldered to the pattern on the printed board 4 after being inserted into the printed board 4. Here, the printed circuit board 4 is provided with a hole 2 at a position located below the glass tube current fuse 1. As shown in FIG.
It is the figure seen from the back surface (soldering surface) of the printed circuit board 4. As is apparent from the figure, the glass tube current fuse 1 can be directly viewed from the back surface of the printed board 4 through the hole 2.

Therefore, the problem that the confirmation of the blow of the current fuse can be confirmed only from the component surface side, which is seen in the problem of the conventional example, from the solder surface side through the hole 2 formed on the printed board 4. This is to solve the problem so that the blowout of the glass tube current fuse 1 can be confirmed.

Further, in the present embodiment, the melting of the glass tube current fuse 1 can be easily confirmed simply from the solder surface of the printed board 4 through the hole 2 provided in the printed board 4, as shown in FIG. As described above, if the size of the hole 2 is appropriate, the glass tube current fuse 1 can be easily removed from the solder side of the printed circuit board 4 by a tool such as pliers when the glass tube current fuse is blown. It is also possible to obtain.
