Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a printed wiring board in which components having faston terminals are easily mounted.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The printed wiring board is configured as shown in FIG. Wirings 2 and 3 are printed on the upper surface of the substrate 1, and each wiring 2 and 3 is provided with a land 4 with a conductor portion exposed for soldering. An insertion hole 5 is formed at the center of the land 4, and a through hole 6 is formed at a position sandwiching the land 4.
[0003]
In order to mount the component 8 having the faston terminals 7 on such a substrate 1, the faston terminals 7 are inserted into the pair of insertion holes 5, and the faston terminals 7 and the lands 4 are connected by solder 9 as shown in FIG. 4. Join. Accordingly, the component 8 is fixed to the substrate 1, while the pair of faston terminals 7 are electrically connected to the wirings 2 and 3, respectively.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, if the solder 8 is melted and the faston terminal 7 is pulled out for the purpose of replacing the part 8 when the part 8 fails, it is easy to completely remove the solder 9 because the area to which the solder 9 adheres is large. Rather, it takes a lot of effort to remove the part 8.
[0005]
Then, an object of this invention is to provide the printed wiring board which solved such a subject.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve such an object, a printed wiring board according to a first aspect of the present invention has an insertion hole and a through hole in a portion where wiring exists on a substrate, and a faston terminal is provided in the insertion hole on the substrate. While inserting from the wiring side, one end of the linear conductor is inserted into the through hole, and the one end of the linear conductor and the through hole and the other end of the linear conductor and the faston terminal are soldered. age,
The structure of the printed wiring board according to claim 2 is the structure of the printed wiring board according to claim 1, wherein a pair of the through holes are provided, the end portions of the linear conductors are individually inserted into the through holes, and soldered. The intermediate portion is soldered to the faston terminal.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the printed wiring board according to the present invention will be described. Since this embodiment is obtained by improving a part of a conventional printed wiring board, the same parts as those in the prior art will be described with the same reference numerals.
[0008]
As shown in FIG. 1, an insertion hole 5 is formed in the portion of the substrate 1 where the wirings 2 and 3 are formed, as in the prior art, and a pair of through holes 6 are formed at positions sandwiching the insertion hole 5.
[0009]
In order to mount the component 8 of FIGS. 3 and 4, end portions of jumper wires (linear conductors) 10 bent into a U-shape are individually inserted into each of the pair of through holes 6, while from below the substrate 1. The faston terminal 7 is inserted into the insertion hole 5, and the end portion of the jumper wire 10, the through hole, the center of the jumper wire, and the faston terminal 3 are connected by solder 9. In this case, for example, electricity flows along a normal path (wiring 2 → jumper wire 10 → faston terminal 7).
[0010]
Next, when the component 8 is replaced, a total of three locations, a position slightly below the portion of the faston terminal 7 where the solder 9 adheres, and two locations bent at 90 ° in the jumper wire 10 are used by a tool (not shown). The component 8 is removed from the substrate 1 by cutting, and then the pair of jumper wires 10 cut out by melting the solder 9 are pulled out. Thereafter, the new component 8 is mounted in the same procedure as described above.
[0011]
In the present embodiment, the connection between the faston terminal 7 and the wirings 2 and 3 is equivalent to using the two jumper wires 10, but one end of the single jumper wire 10 is connected to the through hole 6. The other end may be connected to the Faston terminal 7.
[0012]
【The invention's effect】
As can be seen from the above description, according to the printed wiring board according to claims 1 and 2, since the faston terminal is soldered via the linear conductor without being soldered directly to the wiring, the faston terminal and the wiring In order to remove the connection, it is only necessary to cut the Faston terminal and melt the solder between the linear conductor having a small bonding area and the wiring, and the solder can be easily removed at the time of component replacement.
