なる上面の斜面に貫通して設けた打抜・曲げダイ4は保
護・保持用ダイプレート10とともに、ダイホルダー1

上型が下降すると、曲げパンチ3を固着保持しているス
トリッパープレート9を保持・駆動用バネ12が圧縮さ
れて、図6に示すように、打抜パンチ2が曲げパンチ3
のガイド孔2aから突出し、打抜・曲げダイ4の対向す
るガイド孔4aと打抜パンチ2の斜面の先端により、板
材1の曲げ加工された斜面部を打抜いて角孔15を設け
た後、前記上型が上昇して図3に示す元の位置にもど
り、1工程を完了し加工製品16が完成するものであ

げパンチの平面部と当接する平面部を先端に設けてバネ
を介してダイホルダーに昇降自在に結合されたノックア
ウトにより構成された下型部からなるプレス打抜装置。
