チ2を固定し、第1絞りパンチの中央に孔抜きスクラッ
プ払い用バネ3を介してスクラップ払い用ノックピン4
を設け、第1絞りパンチ板押え用バネ5を介して第2絞
りパンチ6を設け、第2絞りパンチ板押え用バネ7に係
合した板押え8を設け、板押え8は外枠1aにガイドさ
れるものであり、下型9の下型ベース9a上に第2絞り
ダイス13を固定し、更に第1絞り板押え用バネ10を
設け、中央に上面凹状の第1絞りダイス11を設け、第
1絞りダイス11の中央に孔明はパンチ12が下型ベー
ス9aに固定されている複合金型である。
