Abstract

とバーリングダイスにより前記金属板の孔をプレスにて
パーリング加工することにより、バーリングを形成する

レス工程内に組み入れることが出来、切削工程そのもの
を廃止できるもので、切削するための機械、治具が不必
要となり又切り粉を無くすることができ、大幅な原価低
減をはかることができる。
