Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.船舶の主エンジンから発生する、異なる2つの次数の非平衡モーメントを相 殺するための二重消振装置において、第1および第2の補償ユニット(51、5 2)を備え、各補償ユニットがシャフトの周りに回転する偏心質量を有し、駆動 モータ(84)および制御同期装置により前記船舶のエンジンの回転数の整数倍 の回転数で駆動される、伝達比が整数の伝動装置を介して、前記シャフトが相互 に接続されている二重消振装置であって、シャフト(52、72、73)が互い にほぼ直交していること、ならびに第1の補償ユニット(51)が、偏心質量と 、第1のシャフト(57)に固定された回転体部分(60F)および第1のシャ フト(57)に分離可能に取り付けられた回転体部分(60L)とを有する少な くとも1つの回転体(60)を備えること、ならびに第2の補償ユニット(52 )が、旋回可能に配置された2つのシャフト部分(72、73)を備え、同一の 偏心質量を有する回転体(70、71)が各シャフト部分に取り付けられ、前記 各回転体がシャフト(72、73)に固定して取り付けられた回転体部分(70 F、71F)とシャ フト部分(72、73)に分離可能に取り付けられた回転体部分(70L、71 L)とを備え、前記シャフト部分を互いに逆方向に回転するように伝動装置(8 1、82、63)を介して相互に接続することを特徴とする、二重消振装置。 2.第1の補償ユニット(51)が2つの回転体部分を備え、その各々がシャフ ト部分に同軸に配置され、固定された回転体部分と分離可能な回転体部分を有し 、逆方向に回転するように接続されていることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第1項 に記載の二重消振装置。 3.2つの補償ユニット(52、53)の間にある伝動装置が、第1の補償ユニ ット(51)のシャフト(57)が第2の補償ユニット(52)のシャフト部分 (72、73)に対して回転できるように分離可能な少なくとも1つのカップリ ング(62、83)を備えていることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第1項または第 2項に記載の二重振動装置。 4.第2の補償ユニット(52)の2つのシャフト部分(72、73)の間にあ る伝動装置(81、82、63)が、2つのシャフト部分が相対的に回転できる ように分離可能なカップリン グ(83)を備えることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第1項から第3項のいずれか 一項に記載の二重消振装置。
