Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.汚染された液体に光触媒を混合してスラリーを形成することと、 紫外光で照射される空間に前記スラリーを通して前記スラリーの光触媒反応を 起させることによりスラリー内に除染排液が作られるように成すことと、 複数のセラミックフィルター素子を通る濾過によって前記スラリーから前記除 染排液を分離することと、 前記複数のセラミックフィルター素子に衝撃波を通過させることによって光触 媒のあらゆる堆積を間欠的に除去することと、 実質的に一定の光触媒の補充と合せて上記段階を反復すること を含む汚染液体の浄化のための方法。 2.前記衝撃波は少なくとも25psiの圧力を適用することで生成される請求 の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 3.前記スラリー内の汚染物質の度合を検出することと、 選択した汚染物質のレベルに達するまで一定の光触媒を補充して上記方法を連 続的に反復すること をさらに含む請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 4.前記光触媒が二酸化チタンである請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 5.前記光触媒がTiO3、ZnO、CdS、CdSe、SnO2、SvTiO2 、WO3、Fe2 O3、Ta2 O5からなるグループから選択される請求の範囲第 1項に記載の方法。 6.前記照射される空間を横断する距離は光触媒粒子の直径と汚染物質分子の直 径の和に実質的に等しく成してある請求の範囲第1項 に記載の方法。 7.前記空間がその間にスラリーの渦流を発生させる請求の範囲第6項に記載の 方法。 8.前記照射される空間を形成する表面が凹凸に成してある請求の範囲第7項に 記載の方法。 9.汚染物質の化合物を含む液体の浄化のための方法であって、 前記液体に二酸化チタンアナターゼを混合してスラリーを形成することと、 前記スラリーを照射円環を介して紫外光に曝露して前記汚染物質化合物の酸化 を行い、前記酸化で前記スラリー内に除染排液を提供することと、 前記スラリーを一つまたはそれ以上のセラミック膜フィルターに通すことと、 前記スラリーから分離されたら前記除染排液を回収することと、 前記セラミック膜フィルターに衝撃波をかけることによって前記複数のセラミ ックフィルターから二酸化チタンアナターゼの集積を除去すること を含む方法。 10.前記スラリーにオキシダントを添加することをさらに含む請求の範囲第9 項に記載の方法。 11.前記オキシダントが過酸化物である請求の範囲第10項に記載の方法。 12.前記オキシダントが酸素である請求の範囲第10項に記載の方法。 13.前記オキシダントが空気である請求の範囲第10項に記載の 方法。 14.汚染された液体に二酸化チタンアナターゼ粒子を混合してスラリーを形成 することと、 前記スラリーを紫外線光源に曝露される円環に通すことと、 前記スラリーを前記光源で照射して光触媒反応を起させることと、 前記照射したスラリーを一つまたはそれ以上のセラミック膜フィルターに供給 して残滓を提供することと、 前記セラミック膜フィルターから二酸化チタン粒子の集積を間欠的に除去する ことと、 前記スラリー内に存在する前記二酸化チタン粒子のいくらかに付着した金属を 間欠的に除去すること を含む汚染された液体を浄化するための方法。 15.前記円環は半径方向の距離を間に有する複数の表面で形成され前記表面の 間の半径方向の距離が約1ミリメートルまたはそれ以下の円環を形成して成る請 求の範囲第14項に記載の方法。 16.前記残滓のいくらかを前記セラミック膜フィルターを通して再循環させる ことをさらに含む請求の範囲第14項に記載の方法。 17.前記セラミック膜フィルターを通して再循環されなかった前記残滓を除染 液体と混合することをさらに含む請求の範囲第16項に記載の方法。 18.前記スラリー内に存在する前記二酸化チタン粒子のいくらかから金属を間 欠的に除去する前記段階は、 前記スラリーの一部を隔離することと、 前記スラリーの一部から前記二酸化チタン粒子を分離することと、 化学物質溶液を適用することで前記分離した二酸化チタン粒子か ら金属付着物を除去すること を含む請求の範囲第16項に記載の方法。 19.前記スラリーの前記隔離した部分は金属付着物をすでに除去してあるスラ リーの実質的に等しい部分で置き換えられる請求の範囲第18項に記載の方法。 20.汚染された液体を浄化するための方法であって、 前記汚染された液体に二酸化チタン粒子を混合してスラリーを形成することと 、 照射された円環を通すことで前記スラリーに紫外光を照射することにより前記 スラリー内に除染排液を提供するように前記スラリーを光触媒を介して処理する ことと、 前記スラリーを一つまたはそれ以上のセラミック膜フィルターを通すことによ り前記スラリーから前記除染液体を分離することと、 前記複数のセラミック膜フィルターから二酸化チタン粒子の集積を定期的に除 去することと、 前記スラリーの処理を行う段階と前記スラリーから前記除染排液を分離する段 階を前記スラリーの別の部分に同時に反復すること を含む方法。 21.上記方法に付随して実質的に一定の二酸化チタン粒子の補充を用いる請求 の範囲第20項に記載の方法。
