Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.本体(4)と、それぞれ2つのクローラ(1,2)との間で作用する複数 の揺動シリンダ(5;6)、該揺動シリンダを一方のシリンダ(5;6)が伸張 されるとき他方のシリンダ(5;6)が収縮されかつその逆も可能であるように 削岩機の駆動の間中相互に接続させる揺動選択弁(16)からなる、削岩機の揺 動を制御するための揺動制御装置において、該装置が前記揺動シリンダ(5;6 )内に取り付けられた錠止弁(10a,10b;11a,11b)からなり、該 錠止弁が油圧ライン(14,15)を通って前記揺動シリンダ(5;6)から出 る圧力流体の流れが通常阻止されるように前記揺動シリンダ(5;6)用の前記 油圧ライン(14,15)に接続され、そして前記錠止弁が該錠止弁(10a, 10b;11a,11b)に印加される圧力により前記シリンダ(5;6)の前 記油圧ライン中に圧力流体の流れを解放する案内手段からなることを特徴とする 削岩機の揺動制御装置。 2.前記錠止弁(10a,10b;11a,11b)が、制御圧力を前記錠止 弁(10a,10b;11a,11b)に印加するための各揺動シリンダ(5; 6)の前記錠止弁(10a,10b;11a,11b)用の別個の制御ライン( 12;13)からなることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の削岩機の揺動 制御装置。 3.前記錠止弁(10a,10b;11a,11b)の前記案内手段が、前記 制御ライン(12;13)と前記揺動シリンダ間の前記油圧ライン(14,15 )との間に取り付けられるシャットル弁(37a,37b;38a,38b)か らなり、これらのシャットル弁が前記ライン(12ないし15)の1つに存在す る圧力が前記錠止弁(10a,10b;11a,11b)を開放できるように接 続されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第2項に記載の削岩機の揺動制御装置。 4.前記揺動シリンダ(5,6)の圧力ライン(19)と連通するスロツトル (39)および圧力流体タンクからなり、それにより前記圧力ライン(19)中 の圧力が軽減されるとき、前記錠止弁(10a,10b;11a,11b)の制 御圧力が前記スロツトルを通って逃出することができ、そして前記錠止弁(10 a,10b;11a,11b)が閉止されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第3項 に記載の削岩機の揺動制御装置。 5.前記錠止弁(10a,10b;11a,11b)が、前記揺動シリンダ( 5,6)内に位置決めされることを特徴とする削岩機の揺動制御装置。 6.前記揺動シリンダ(5;6)間の前記油圧ライン(14,15)の各々の 圧力を感知すべく配置された圧力ゲージ(21)からなり、前記錠止弁(10a ,10b;11a,11b)への前記制御圧力ライン(19)は前記錠止弁(1 0a,10b;11a,11b)が前記油圧ライン(14,15)を閉じるよう な方法において前記圧力ゲージ(21)の案内により前記制御圧力ライン(19 )を閉止すべく配置された少なくとも1つの制御弁(17,18)を備えること を特徴とする請求の範囲第1項ないし第5項のいずれか1項に記載の削岩機の揺 動制御装置。 7.前記揺動シリンダ(5;6)の双方用の前記錠止弁(それぞれ、10a, 10bおよび11a,11b)の前記制御ライン(12;13)がその固有の制 御弁(17;18)を有し、前記錠止弁(10a,10b;11a,11b)お よび前記それぞれの制御弁(17;18)が前記揺動シリンダ(5;6)に関連 して一体の弁ブロツクにともに接続されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第6項に 記載の削岩機の揺動制御装置。 8.前記シャットル弁(37a,37b;38a,38b)および前記錠止弁 (10a,10b;11a,11b)が、一体の弁ブロツク(41;42)にと もに接続されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第3項に記載の削岩機の揺動制御装 置。 9.前記圧力ゲージ(21)が、前記制御弁(17,18)を電気的に制御す べく配置されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第6項または第7項に記載の削岩機 の揺動制御装置。 10.予め定めたレベルを超える圧力ピークがシリンダ空間から前記油圧ライ ン(14,15)への圧力流体の流れを許容するように前記揺動シリンダ(5; 6)の前記シリンダ空間と前記揺動シリンダ(5;6)間の前記油圧ライン(1 4,15)との間に接続される限圧弁(34,35)からなることを特徴とする 前記請求の範囲のいずれか1項に記載の削岩機の揺動制御装置。 11.前記錠止弁(10a,10b;11a,11b)が、堅固なパイプまた は固定ラインにより前記揺動シリンダ(5;6)の前記シリンダ空間に接続され ることを特徴とする前記請求の範囲のいずれか1項に記載の削岩機の揺動制御装 置。
