- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.少なくとも10重量%の芳香族化合物を含む水素化分解された留出油沸点 範囲生成物から潤滑剤を製造する方法であって、 水素化分解された留出油沸点範囲生成物を減少した芳香族化合物の潤滑剤に転 化するのに十分な条件および水素の存在下、7kPa(50トール)および25 ℃にて約15g−ベンゼン/100g−無水結晶以上のベンゼン吸着容量を有し 、焼成後に、相対強度が100である約1.8nm(18Å単位)のd−面間隔 を越える位置における少なくとも1つのピークを有するX線回折パターンを示す 無機ノン−ピラード結晶性相を有して成る物質の組成物を含んで成る触媒上でフ ィードを水素処理することを含んで成る方法。 2.水素化分解された留出油沸点範囲生成物の初留点が少なくとも約343℃ (650°F)である請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。 3.触媒は、金属成分である水素化機能を有して成る請求の範囲第1項記載の 方法。 4.金属成分は、周期律表の第VIIIA族の少なくとも1種の貴金属を含んで成 る請求の範囲第3項記載の方法。 5.フィードは、少なくとも5620kPa−絶対圧(800psig)の水 素圧力にて水素化分解される請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。 6.触媒は、アルミナ担体を更に含んで成る請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。 7.触媒は、0.1〜10重量%のパラジウムを含んで成る請求の範囲第4項 記載の方法。 8.フィードは、少なくとも10450kPa−絶対圧の水素分圧にて水素化 分解される請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。 9.フィードは、少なくとも約177℃(350°F)の温度にて水素化処理 化される請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。 10.減少した芳香族化合物の潤滑剤を脱ロウすることを更に含んで成る請求 の範囲第1項記載の方法。 11.脱ロウ工程は、溶剤脱ロウを含んで成る請求の範囲第10項記載の方法 。 12.脱ロウ工程は、結晶性無機酸化物脱ロウ成分を使用する請求の範囲第1 0項記載の方法。 13.結晶性無機酸化物は、元素周期律表の第VIIIA族の貴金属を含む請求の 範囲第12項記載の方法。 14.少なくとも10重量%の芳香族化合物を含む水素化分解された留出油沸 騰範囲生成物から潤滑剤基油を製造する方法であって、 (a)水素化分解された留出油沸騰範囲生成物から約316℃(600°F) 以上で沸騰するフラクションを分離する工程; (b)その316℃(600°F)生成物を脱ロウして、実質的に脱ロウされ た生成物を得る工程;ならびに (c)そのような実質的に脱ロウされた生成物をより少ない芳香族化合物の潤 滑剤基油に転化するのに十分な条件および水素の存在下、50トールおよび25 ℃にて15g−ベンゼン/100g−無水結晶以上のベンゼン吸着容量を有し、 焼成後に、相対強度が100である1.8nm(18オングストローム単位)の d−面間隔を越える位置における少なくとも1つのピークを有するX線回折パタ ーンを示す無機ノン−ピラード結晶性相を有して成る物質の組成物を含んで成る 触媒と実質的に脱ロウされた生成物を接触させる工程 を含んで成る方法。 15.工程(c)の触媒は、金属成分を更に含んで成る請求の範囲第14項記 載の方法。 16.金属成分は、周期律表の第VIIIA族の少なくとも1種の金属を含んで成 る請求の範囲第15項記載の方法。 17.金属成分は、パラジウムである請求の範囲第16項記載の方法。 18.脱ロウ工程は、結晶性無機酸化物を含んで成る触媒による接触脱ロウを 含んで成る請求の範囲第14項記載の方法。 19.結晶性無機酸化物は、ZSM−5、ZSM−22、ZSM−23または ZSM−35である請求の範囲第18項記載の方法。 20.結晶性無機酸化物は、アルミノシリケートである請求の範囲第18項記 載の方法。 21.結晶性無機酸化物は、元素の周期律表の第VIIIA族の貴金属を含む請求 の範囲第20項記載の方法。 22.実質的に脱ロウされた生成物は、10450〜17340kPa−絶対 圧の水素分圧にて触媒と接触する請求の範囲第14項記載の方法。 23.軽油供給原料から減少した芳香族化合物含量を有する潤滑剤を製造する 方法であって、 (i)留出油生成物、および芳香族化合物に富み、留出油生成物範囲より高い 沸騰範囲を有する缶出フラクションを生成するのに十分な条件下、酸機能および 水素化−脱水素化機能を有する水素化分解触媒により、2860〜10450k Pa−絶対圧の低〜中圧にて軽油を水素化分解する工程; (ii)缶出フラクションから留出油生成物を分離する工程; (iii)缶出フラクションを脱ロウして目的とする流動点を達成する工程;な らびに (iv)そのフラクションの芳香族化合物を減らすのに十分な条件および水素の 存在下、7kPaおよび25℃にて約15g−ベンゼン/100g−無水結晶以 上のベンゼン吸着容量ならびに水素化−脱水素化機能を有し、焼成後に、相対強 度が100である1.8nmのd−面間隔を越える位置における少なくとも1つ のピークを有するX線回折パターンを示す無機ノン−ピラード結晶性相を有して 成る物質の組成物を含んで成る触媒上で脱ロウした缶出フラクションを水素処理 する工程 を含んで成る方法。 24.脱ロウした缶出フラクションは、177〜371℃の範囲の温度および 0.25〜2のLHSVを含んで成る水素処理条件に付される請求の範囲第23 項記載の方法。 25.工程(iv)の水素処理の水素分圧は、少なくとも10450kPa−絶 対圧である請求の範囲第22項記載の方法。 26.工程(iv)の水素処理触媒は、貴金属水素化−脱水素化成分を含んで成 る請求の範囲第22項記載の方法。
