Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.軸のねじり応力を電気的に測定する磁気弾性トルクトランスジューサであ って、トランスジューサが、軸(1)に、時間的に周期的変化を示す軸方向磁界 を発生させる第1部材(2,3)を有しており、前記軸には、異方性を有する少 なくとも1つの帯域(6,7)が設けられ、この異方性の効果が、磁束密度を軸 に沿った本来の方向から外れた方向に偏向させることであり、更に前記トランス ジューサが、磁界が偏向する帯域と磁界が偏向しない区域との間の、また、磁界 が異なる方向に偏向する帯域間の、ねじり応力により生じる磁気抵抗の差を測定 する第2の部材(10,11)を有している形式のものにおいて、 前記軸(1)が少なくとも2相を備えた幾何的に異方性の微細組織を有する材 料から成り、前記相の1つが、相対的に軟磁性の連続的な、磁気弾性特性を有す る複数の筋から成り、かつまた少なくとも1つの相が、他の相よりかなり低い透 磁率を有しており、かつまた、単数又は複数の帯域での磁束密度偏向が前記帯域 内での軸の機械的ひずみにより発生することを特徴とする、磁気弾性トルクトラ ンスジューサ。 2.請求項1記載の、軸のねじり応力を電気的に測定する磁気弾性トルクトラ ンスジューサにおいて、軸のひずみ発生後の単数又は複数の帯域内での磁気優先 方向と、軸円筒面の母線との角度が20〜70度であることを特徴とする、磁気 弾性トルクトランスジューサ。
