Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ポリイソシアネート組成物と多官能性イソシアネート反応性組成物をフォ ーム形成条件下にシクロペンタンを含む発泡剤混合物の存在下で反応させること により、硬質ポリウレタンまたはウレタン改質ポリイソシアヌレートフォームを 製造する方法であって、発泡剤混合物がさらに一定量の他の有機化合物を補助発 泡剤として含み、その際Tuseにおける補助発泡剤の飽和蒸気圧(v.p.)(b ar)が下記の方程式(I): [式中のCは発泡後の気相中の全発泡剤混合物に対する気体状の補助発泡剤のモ ル%であり、Tuseはフォーム使用時の温度(゜K)である]に従うことを特徴 とする方法。 2.袖助発泡剤がアルカンもしくはシクロアルカンまたはヒトロフルオロカー ボンである、請求項1に記載の方法。 3.補助発泡剤がイソペンタンもしくはn−ペンタンまたは1,1,1,2− テトラフルオロエタンである、請求項2に記載の方法。 4.水がイソシアネート反応性化合物に対して0.5−3重量%の量で同様に 存在する、請求項1−3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 5.モル比シクロペンタン/イソペンタンが90/10−30/70である、 請求項3に記載の方法。 6.モル比シクロペンタン/イソペンタンが65/35−45/55である、 請求項5に記載の方法。 7.請求項1−6のいずれか1項に記載の方法により得られるポリウレタンま たはウレタン改質ポリイソシアヌレートフォーム。 8.シクロペンタンを含む発泡剤混合物を含有するポリイソシアネート反応性 組成物であって、発泡剤混合物がさらに一定量の他の有機化合物を補助発泡剤と して含み、その際補助発泡剤としての、およびTuseにおける飽和蒸気圧(v.p .) (bar)が下記の方程式(I): [式中のCは発泡後の気相中の全発泡剤混合物に対する気体状の補助発泡剤のモ ル%であり、Tuseはフォーム使用時の温度(゜K)である]に従うことを特徴 とする組成物。 9.補助発泡剤がイソペンタンもしくはn−ペンタンまたは1,1,1,2− テトラフルオロエタンである、請求項8に記載のポリイソシアネート反応性組成 物。 10.組成物がさらに水をイソシアネート反応性化合物に対して0.5−3重 量%の量で含む、請求項8または9のいずれか1項に記載のポリイソシアネート 反応性組成物。 11.モル比シクロペンタン/イソペンタンが90/10−30/70である 、請求項9に記載のポリイソシアネート反応性組成物。 12.モル比シクロペンタン/イソペンタンが65/35−45/55である 、請求項11に記載のポリイソシアネート反応性組成物。
