Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.非水性機能性流体を該流体の酸性度を減少しうる十分な水の存在下に陰イオ ン交換樹脂と接触させ、次いで真空脱水により該流体から水を除去することを特 徴とする非水性機能性流体の処理方法。 2.該流体が顕著な分解を起こす前に該流体から水を除去する請求項1の方法。 3.陰イオン交換樹脂との接触直後に該流体から水を除去する請求項1又は2の 方法。 4.全流体量の一部に該処理を行ないその後に該部分を流体の非処理部と合体す る請求項1〜3のいづれか1項の方法。 5.処理後の流体の中和数が0.2mgKOH/gより小さい請求項1〜4のい づれか1項の方法。 6.処理後の流体の中和数が0.1mgKOH/gより小さい請求項5の方法。 7.処理後の流体中の水分量が0.1w/w%より小さい請求項1〜6のいづれ か1項の方法。 8.処理後の流体中の水分量が0.05w/w%より小さい請求項7の方法。 9.真空脱水を650−950mbarの吸引を流体に適用して行なう請求項1 〜8のいづれか1項の方法。 10.処理を75℃より低い温度で行なう請求項1〜9のいづれか1項の方法。 11.陰イオン交換樹脂が使用前に乾燥していない請求項1〜10のいづれか1 項の方法。 12.陰イオン交換樹脂がアンバーライトA−21、アンバーライトIRA−6 8及びダウエックス400LBの商標で販売されて いるいづれかの陰イオン交換樹脂である請求項1〜11のいづれか1項の方法。 13.陰イオン交換樹脂が均一粒径化した樹脂粒子をもつ請求項1〜12のいづ れか1項の方法。 14.処理が流体の中和数を0.2mgKOH/gより小さくまた水分量を0. 1w/w%より小さく維持するために用いられる請求項1〜13のいづれか1項 の方法。 15.処理方法が流体の酸価を0.2mgKOH/gより小さい値に減少させる ため及び/又は水分量を0.1w/w%より小さい値に減少させるために用いら れる請求項1〜14のいづれか1項の方法。 16.該機能性流体がトリアリールホスフェート、トリアルキルホスフェート又 はアルキルアリールホスフェート系流体である請求項1〜15のいづれか1項の 方法。 17.トリアリールホスフェートがメシチルホスフェート、トリクレジルホスフ ェート、トリキシレニルホスフェート、クレジルジフェニルホスフェート、又は フェノールを3又は4の炭素原子をもつアルキル化剤と反応させて得たアルキル 化フェノールとフェノールの混合物のホスホリル化で生成した合成フォスフェー トからなる群から選ばれる請求項16の方法。 18.トリアリールホスフェートが合成トリアリールホスフェートである請求項 16の方法。 19.機能性流体がカルボン酸エステル系機能性流体である請求項1〜15のい づれか1項の方法。 20.該エステルがトリメリテート、アジペート、セバケート又はトリメチロー ルプロパン又はペンタエリスリトールのエステルである請求項19の方法。 21.流体が鉱油系流体である請求項1〜15のいづれか1項の方 法。 22.実施例に記載したと実質上同じ方法。
