ファッサードの熱絶縁手段として、ポリスチロールー硬質フォームプレート又

新築物ではこの熱絶縁系が使用され、この場合熱絶縁効果をうるための充填物
質としては各種の軽量構造補助材が使用される。
ファッサードの熱絶縁性を改善するための公知の熱絶縁系はさらに次のような
欠点を有している。すなわちファッサードはその構築後に、一方では熱絶縁材内
への湿気の侵入を防止するため及び他方ではファッサードに適宜の外観を与える
ために、面を覆う被覆を必要とする。さらに。膨張したポリスチロールフォーム
から成る所謂『完全断熱ファッサード被覆』は、可燃性のフォーム物質マッスを
火災から守るため及び他方ではフォーム物質マッスを紫外線から守るために補強
組織を挿入した建築用接着剤から成る保護被覆を必要とする。この保護被覆は機
械的外力を防ぐため及びまたファッサードに必要な色料を設けるためにも必要で
ある。この場合、ファッサードの熱絶縁系の全てのカ
バー又は保護被覆は極めて正確に加工されなければならない。それというのは、
極めて僅かな凹凸、極めて小さいリス等であってもこれらは外からすぐにわかる
からである。ところでこの場合、例えば大きなコンクリート板から構築された建
造物の外側におけるコンクリート構造物の突き合わせ継ぎ目はリス発生なしに持
続的に被覆されていることはできない。それというのは、『保護被覆』の補強組
織がコンクリート構造物の伸縮力を吸収することができず、その結果比較的早期
に該部位にリスの発生が予測されるからである。
発明の開示
本発明の目的はこれらの欠点を避け、簡単に製作されかつ組付けられるはじめ
に述べた形式の熱絶縁板を提供することにある。
この目的は本発明によれば請求項1記載の特徴を有する手段によって達成され
ている。
このような本発明による熱絶縁板は熱絶縁性が高くかつ容易に組付け可能であ
る。この熱絶縁板は拡張栓及び接着剤により固定することができる。またセメン
トペーストによるポリスチロールフォーム物質廃棄物の結合によって、吸水性が
排除される。さらに本発明の熱絶縁板は脆性でないため容易に加工可能である。
さらに本発明の熱絶縁板によれば高層建築物のファッサードも被覆することがで
きる。この場合本発明の熱絶縁板はほぼ15センチの壁厚からは火災防護板とし
ても適しており、これによれば鉄筋コンクリートの下地を火災による損傷から保
護することも可能である。
さらに本発明の熱絶縁板ではポリスチロールフォーム物質廃棄物が申し分なく
再利用されており、これにより環境のごみ処理にも貢献する。熱絶縁板材料は例
えばフォーム物質包装物を細かくすることによって得ることができる。
本発明による熱絶縁板によるファッサードの熱絶縁手段の製作費は熱絶縁板の
組付けが簡単であることによっても公知の熱絶縁系の場合よりも低い。この場合
さらにファッサードの面を構造化することも可能である。それというのは再使用
材料から成る熱絶縁板は大概の場合その組付け前に既に所定の形状に成形するこ
とができるからである。
請求項2記載の本発明の特徴によれば、熱絶縁板を実際上水が全く侵入しない

の縁部外側にテーパ成形部を加工することができる。この場合熱絶縁板はたんに
ファッサードに固定するだけでよい。
請求項3記載の特徴によれば、切断面からの粒子の崩壊を防止することができ
る。
白色セメントペーストによってポリスチロールフォーム物質−粒子が結合され
ていることによって、熱絶縁板にこれをあまり覆うことのない色料を設けること
ができる。
請求項5記載の特徴によれば特に簡単な組付けが可能である。
本発明のさらに別の目的は、本発明による熱絶縁板を使用してファッサードを
熱絶縁するための、熱絶縁板の簡単な組付けを可能にする方法を提供することに
ある。
このことは本発明によれば請求項6記載の特徴を有する手段によって達成され
ている。このような組付け手段によれば熱絶縁板の極めて確実な固定がえられる
。
請求項7記載の特徴によれば、プレートによる被覆を断念することも可能であ
る。噴霧することもできまた分散液であることも可能である色料はまた熱絶縁板

発明を実施するための最良の形態
