The invention relates to a heat and sound-insulating, fire-resistant material consisting of waste foam, in the form of panels, especially for facades, for exterior and interior use, and for producing shaped pieces. Said material consists of a homogenous mixture of up to 19 vol. % waste materials, based on triturated foamed polystyrene with a grain size of 1 to 5 mm or up to 10 mm and/or consisting of triturated polyurethane with a grain size of 1 to 5 mm or up to 10 mm and/or non-split free glass fibers of any given length and/or sawdust with a grain size of 1 to 5 mm. The remainder up to 100 % consists of an adhesive with a water-soluble base, water and substances for inhibiting combustion and bacterial activity. The inventive heat and sound-insulating material can be used in the construction industry, for outer and inner wall insulation, floor, ceiling and roof insulation or as shaped pieces for filling bath tub bases and similar.

The basis of the technical solution

The heat and sound insulating, fire resistant material of foam material waste and fiber waste, such as foam polystyrene or polyurethane, produced in the form of plates, in particular for facades, for interior and exterior use, consisting of a homogeneous mixture of wood shavings with a particle size of 1 to 5mm and / or small particles of comminuted foam material, such as foam polystyrene and / or polyurethane, having a particle size of 1 to 5 mm, or up to 10 mm and / or from non-interlaced free glass fibers of any length, of adhesive material, water and other additives. Sawdust, foams and fibers are used advantageously in a dry state in a balanced ratio of all components. In another variant, the material does not include sawdust and / or only foam.
