Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.支持基板と、この支持基板とほぼ同じ広がりを有するレーザ照射で除去可能 な非連続フィルムのトップコートとを有する複合LAT画像化フィルムにおいて 、非連続フィルムの除去可能なトップコートがコントラスト画像を得るのに必要 な量のトナー粒子で構成されることを特徴とする複合LAT画像化フィルム。 2.支持基板と、この支持基板とほぼ同じ広がりを有する少なくとも1つの中間 動的放出層と、この中間動的放出層とほぼ同じ広がりを有するレーザ照射で除去 可能な非連続フィルムのトップコートとで構成されることを特徴とする請求項1 に記載の複合LAT画像化フィルム。 3.非連続フィルムの除去可能なトップコートがレーザ吸収剤/感光剤で構成さ れる請求項1に記載の複合LAT画像化フィルム。 4.非連続フィルムの除去可能なトップコートが画像化量の非アブレーション感 光コントラスト画像化材料で構成される請求項3に記載の複合LAT画像化フィ ルム。 5.非連続フィルムの除去可能なトップコートが非画像化レーザ吸収剤/感光剤 で構成される請求項3に記載の複合LAT画像化フィルム。 6.非連続フィルムの除去可能なトップコートが少なくとも1種の近赤外レーザ 吸収剤/感光剤で構成される請求項3に記載の複合LAT画像化フィルム。 7.非アブレーション感光コントラスト画像化材料が着色剤、紫外線または赤外 線吸収材料、磁性材料、ポリマー材料、蛍光材料、導体材料またはこれらの混合 物で構成される請求項4に記載の複合LAT画像化フィルム。 8.非アブレーション感光コントスラト画像化材料が黄、マゼンタまたはシアン 染料または顔料で構成される請求項4に記載の複合LAT画像化フィルム。 9.支持基板がガラス、ポリエステル、ポリカーボネート、ポリウレタン、ポリ オレフィン、ポリアミド、ポリスルホン、ポリスチレンまたはセルロース化合物 で構成される請求項3に記載の複合LAT画像化フィルム。 10.少なくとも1つの動的放出層が金属、金属酸化物または金属硫化物薄膜で構 成される請求項2に記載の複合LAT画像化フィルム。 11.少なくとも1つの動的放出層が有機材料で構成される請求項2に記載の複合 LAT画像化フィルム。 12.非連続フィルムの除去可能なトップコートが画像化量の非アブレーション感 光コントラスト画像化材料で構成される請求 項2に記載の複合LAT画像化フィルム。 13.非連続フィルムの除去可能なトップコートがレーザ吸収剤/感光剤で構成さ れる請求項2に記載の複合LAT画像化フィルム。 14.支持基板はポリエステル基板で構成され、少なくとも1つの動的放出層が薄 い金属膜で構成される請求項2に記載の複合LAT画像化フィルム。 15.非連続フィルムの除去可能なトップコートが少なくとも1つの近赤外レーザ 吸収剤/感光剤で構成される請求項13に記載の複合LAT画像化フィルム。 16.非アブレーション感光コントラスト画像化材料が着色剤、紫外線または赤外 線吸収材料、磁性材料、ポリマー材料、蛍光材料、導体材料またはこれらの混合 物で構成される請求項4に記載の複合LAT画像化フィルム。 17.非アブレーション感光コントラスト画像化材料が黄、マゼンタまたはシアン 染料または顔料で構成される請求項12に記載の複合LAT画像化フィルム。 18.支持基板がガラス、ポリエステル、ポリカーボネート、ポリウレタン、ポリ オレフィン、ポリアミド、ポリスルホン、ポリスチレンまたはセルロース化合物 で構成される請求項2に記載の複合LAT画像化フィルム。 19.非連続フィルムの除去可能なトップコートが黒色体レーザ吸収剤/感光剤で 構成される請求項1に記載の複合LAT画像化フィルム。 20.支持基板をトナー処理しでその上にコントラスト画像化量のトナー粒子で構 成されるレーザで除去可能な非連続フィルムのトップコートを形成することを特 徴とする請求項1に記載の複合LAT画像化フィルムの製造方法。 21.支持基板をオンディマンドでトナー処理する請求項20に記載の方法。 22.請求項1に記載の複合LAT画像化フィルムからそれに位置合わせして隣接 して配置したレセプタ要素へ情報のコントラストパターンを転写する方法におい て、 画像化フィルムのレーザで除去可能な非連続フィルムのトップコートの画像状 に露光された領域のアブレーション部分が転写されるのに十分な強度で、情報パ ターンに沿ってLAT画像化フィルムを画像状にレーザ照射してトップコートを レセプタ要素上へ転写することを特徴とする情報パターンの転写方法。 23.請求項1に記載の複合LAT画像化フィルムからそれに位置合わせして隣接 したレセプタ要素へ情報のコントラストパターンを転写ずる方法において、 支持基板をオンディマンドでトナー処理して、レーザで除去可能な非連続フィ ルムトップコトを形成すると同時に、こうして得られた画像フィルムをレセプタ 要素に位置合わせし、レセ プタ要素上に画像化フィルムのレーザで除去可能な非連続フィルムのトップコー トの画像状に露光される領域をアブレーション転写を行うのにに十分な強度で、 情報のパターンに応じてLAT画像化フィルムを画像状にレーザ照射し、それに よってトップコートを情報パターン状に転写させることを特徴とする方法。 24.支持基板をオン−ディマンドでトナー処理すると同時に画像状にレーザをオ ンラインで照射する請求項23に記載の方法。
