Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.入口装置と、出口装置と、入口装置と出口装置との間に延在する回転可能な バレルと、気体状反応体を前記入口装置に導入する手段とを備え、前記反応体が 互いに反応して固体生成物を形成する、気体状反応体から固体物質を生成するロ ータリキルンであって、入口装置が、固体生成物をバレルに供給する回転可能な 渦巻形供給装置とキルン内で生成した気体から粒子を分離するフィルタとを含み 、フィルタが渦巻形供給装置の少なくとも一部を取り囲み、それに隣接するよう に配置されることを特徴とするロータリキルン。 2.渦巻形供給装置が、フィルタをクリーニングする働きのあるらせん形ブレー ドをいくつか備えることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第1項に記載のロータリキル ン。 3.フィルタが多孔質金属体を備えることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第1項また は第2項に記載のロータリキルン。 4.フィルタが多孔質セラミック体を備えることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第1 項または第2項に記載のロータリキルン。 5.フィルタが、渦巻形供給装置を取り囲む環状スリーブを備 えることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第1項から第4項のいずれか一項に記載のロ ータリキルン。 6.フィルタが、フィルタを通過した気体を受け取るチャンバを規定するケーシ ング内に収納され、パイプ手段が前記チャンバと通じていて、前記チャンバから 前記気体を取り除くことを特徴とする、請求の範囲第1項から第5項のいずれか 一項に記載のロータリキルン。 7.キルンによって生成される固体物質が二酸化ウラン粉末を含むことを特徴と する、請求の範囲第1項から第6項のいずれか一項に記載のロータリキルン。 8.気体状反応体が六フッ化ウラン及び水蒸気であり、これが互いに反応し固体 のフッ化ウラニル中間生成物を生成し、バレルに沿って前記入口装置に向かって 流れるように前記出口装置から水蒸気及び水素を導入するための手段が設けてあ り、水蒸気及び水素がフッ化ウラニルと反応して前記二酸化ウラン粉末を生成す ることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第7項に記載のロータリキルン。 9.六フッ化ウラン及び水蒸気の反応体が、環状通路で囲まれた内管を有するノ ズル手段を介して前記入口装置に導入され、 一方の前記反応体が内管を通して供給され、他方の前記反応体が環状通路を通し て送られることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第8項に記載のロータリキルン。 10.六フッ化ウランが内管を通して供給され、水蒸気が環状通路を通して送ら れることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第9項に記載のロータリキルン。 11.キルンによって生成された固体物質が二酸化チタン粉末を含むことを特徴 とする、請求の範囲第1項から第6項のいずれか一項に記載のロータリキルン。 12.入口装置に導入される気体状反応体が四塩化チタン蒸気と水蒸気であるこ とを特徴とする、請求の範囲第11項に記載のロータリキルン。 13.実質的に添付図面を参照して前述した通りのロータリキルン。
