Abstract

6플루오르화 우라늄에서 2산화 우라늄을 제조하는 회전식 건조로는 입구조립체와 가열된 회전통을 갖는다. 6플루오르화 우라늄과 수증기는 입구 조립체에서 함께 반응하여 회전식 스크롤 공급장치 도움으로 통에 공급될 플루오르화 우라닐을 형성한다. 통속에서, 플루오르화 우라닐은 수증기와 수소의 역류와 반응하여 2산화 우라늄을 제조한다. 다공성 금속 또는 세라믹 필터를 스크롤 공급장치에 밀접하게 설치하고 건조로 생성기체로부터 입자를 제공한다. 필터는 청결한 조건으로 유지되도록 스크롤 공급장치 일부인 다수의 반구형 날의 스크랩 작용을 받는다. 건조로에서 생성된 2산화 우라늄 분말은 처리하여 핵연료 펠릿을 제조한다.

Claims (13)

  1. 입구조립체, 출구조립체 도한 이 두 조립체 사이에 연장된 회전식 통, 입구조립체에 기체 반응물을 공급할 수단, 또한 건조로에서 생성된 기체로부터 입자를 분리할 필터러 구성되고 이때 반응물이 함께 반응하여 구체 생성물을 형성하고 입구 조립체는 고체생성물을 통에 공급할 회전식 스크롤 공급장치를 포함하고 필터는 부분적으로 스크롤 공급장치를 둘러싸고 이것에 인접하여 위치한 것을 특징으로 하는 기체 반응물로부터 고체 물질을 생성하는 회전식 건조로.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 스크롤 공급장치는 필터 청소효과가 있는 다수의 반구형 날을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건조로.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 필터는 다공성 금속체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건조로.
  4. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 필터는 다공성 세라믹체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건조로.
  5. 전술한 항중 한 항에 있어서, 필터는 스롤 공급장치를 둘러싸는 환형 슬리이브를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건조로.
  6. 전술한 항중 한 항에 있어서, 필터는 필터를 통과한 기체를 수용할 챔버, 또한 챔버에서 기체를 분리할 목적으로 챔버와 소통하는 파이프로 된 케이싱에 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 건조로.
  7. 전술한 항중 한 항에 있어서, 건조로에서 생긴 고체물질은 2산화 우라늄 분말을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건조로.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 기체 반응물은 함께 반응하여 고체 플루오르화 우라닐 중간생성물을 형성할 6플루오르화 우라늄과 수증기이고 출구조립체의 수증기와 수소를 입구조립체를 향해 공급할 수단을 제공하여 통을 흐르도록 하고 수증기와 수소가 플루오르화 우라늄과 반응하여 2산화 우라늄 분말을 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건조로.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 6플루오르화 우라늄 및 수증기 반응물을 환형통로로 둘러싸인 내부관으로 된 노즐수단을 통해 입구 조립체에 공급하고, 반응물중 하나를 내부관을 통해 공급하며 다른 하나는 환형통로에 통과수송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건조로.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 6플루오르화 우라늄은 내부관을 통해 공급하고 수증기는 환형통로를 통해 수송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건조로.
  11. 제1항 내지 6항중 한 항에 있어서, 건조로에서 생성된 고체물질은 2산화 티타늄 분말을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건조로.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 입구 조립체에 공급된 기체 반응물은 4염화티타늄과 수증기인 것을 특징으로 하는 건조로.
