It is necessary for human beings to escape as soon as possible, but when an evacuation tool such as a conventional evacuation ladder is used to escape, it takes time to prepare and may be covered with smoke. In addition, in the buildings on the second and third floors, such evacuation equipment is often not prepared, and people may jump from the window and be injured. Therefore, in any case, if there is a fire in the middle and upper floors, there is often a risk of life, and there has been a demand for evacuation equipment that can be quickly prepared and can be easily escaped.

Is provided with a hook-shaped locking groove downward from the upper opening end thereof, a blind plate is provided at the lower end opening thereof, and further, at the required lower end portion and required upper end portion of each small pipe, each intermediate A large-diameter portion having a large diameter and a small-diameter portion having a small diameter are formed as compared with the portion. A pin is provided on the side of the ball joint. When another small pipe is loosely fitted around the smallest diameter small pipe to shorten the pipe portion, the pin can be fitted into the groove of the largest diameter small pipe to maintain the shortened state. When the pin is removed from the groove, the inner circumference of the upper small diameter portion of the larger diameter small pipe is fitted to the outer circumference of the lower large diameter portion of each small pipe, and the pipe portion extends downward. The inner periphery of the small diameter portion of the upper end of the pipe is fitted from above, and the entire pipe portion extends to a constant length. The speed of extension is substantially the speed at which each small pipe falls, and is extremely rapid. Moreover, the pipe portion when extended has a very stable form in which a small pipe having the smallest diameter is located at the upper end and the diameter gradually increases as it goes downward.

The connecting mechanism of the small pipes 4 to 6 at the time of extension will be described with reference to these sectional views. In the small-diameter pipe 4 shown in FIG. 2, a large-diameter portion 7 is formed at the lower end thereof so as to bulge slightly outwards from the others.
On the other hand, in the small pipe 5 having the second largest diameter shown in FIG. 3, a small diameter portion 8 contracted inward is provided at the upper end portion, and a large diameter portion 7 bulging outward is provided at the lower end portion. Further, in the small-diameter pipe 6 having the maximum diameter shown in FIG. 4, the small-diameter portion 8 is arranged at the upper end portion. Such small pipes 4-6
The large-diameter portion 7 and the small-diameter portion 8 are formed over a predetermined length of, for example, about 15 mm from the ends, and when the pipe portion 1 is extended, the large-diameter portions 7 and 7 of the small pipes 4 and 5 are formed. On the other hand, the small-diameter portions 8, 8 of the small pipes 5, 6 having a larger diameter are fitted from above to prevent mutual separation and define the length when extended.

Will be shortened. In order to shorten the pipe part 1, all that is necessary is to raise the pipe 6 having the maximum diameter by hand, so that the lower end of the small pipe 5 comes into contact with the blind plate 12 at the lower end of the pipe 6 having the maximum diameter, and the pipe 6 is raised together. , The smallest small pipe 4
The other small pipes 5 and 6 are loosely fitted around and the shortened state shown in FIG. 7 is obtained. In order to hold this, the pin 18 is fitted into the locking groove 11 immediately before the uppermost end of the small diameter pipe 6 having the maximum diameter reaches the lower surface of the support plate 3. At that time, while raising the small pipe 6, the pin 18
Is inserted into the locking groove 11, and when the pin 18 reaches the lowermost portion of the groove 11, the small pipe 6 having the maximum diameter is rotated clockwise. As a result, the pin 18 is fitted to the innermost portion 11 ′ of the locking groove 11, and the small pipes 5 and 6 are prevented from falling.

By this operation, the pin 18 is positioned in the vertical groove portion of the locking groove 11, and at that moment, the small pipe 5 of the second diameter and the small pipe 6 of the maximum diameter are separated from the small pipe 4 having the smallest diameter. It falls by its own weight, and as described above, the respective end portions engage with each other at the large diameter portion 7 and the small diameter portion 8 and extend to a predetermined length.

Since the pipe part 1 becomes thicker as it goes downward, it is stable and can escape very quickly. Further, since the pipe portion 1 is attached to the support plate 3 via the ball joint 9, the extended pipe portion 1
It is also easy to move the tip of the to the other direction from the vertical direction. For example, if the ground under the pipe section 1 is already dangerous,
The pipe part 1 can be passed over to another building or the like to escape to a safer place.
