Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an emergency evacuation railing for a residential complex, and more particularly, to an emergency evacuation railing for a residential complex capable of securing an emergency evacuation space in the event of an emergency.
Generally, when a fire occurs in a multi-family house, the escape that forms the stairway provides a passage through which flames and smoke can pass, making it virtually impossible to escape to the outside. As a result, the only shelter in the case of a house fire is a window or porch.
However, windows or verandas are not exposed to escape routes except for the escort for escape, so they are exposed to flames and toxic gases which are almost defenseless until the rescue ladder arrives.
For this purpose, a ladder is installed on a porch railing to provide an escape route in an emergency. However, in this case, the intruder may be exposed to various crimes by providing an intrusion path of the strength.
Therefore, in recent years, techniques for coping with emergency situations have been developed utilizing veranda railings.
Among them, the "Korean Registered Utility Model No. 20-0349394 (Apr. 26, 2004)" is provided with an emergency ladder on one side of the handrail, so that the emergency ladder can be used as an emergency staircase when the emergency occurs. have.
However, in the case of the above-described prior art, in the process of escaping through the ladder, an extreme psychological anxiety and fear may result in a failure to escape through the ladder or an accident that the ladder that has been caught may fall down.
Also, since the deformed ladder can not be firmly supported when the railing is deformed by the ladder, there is a problem that the ladder is exposed to various safety accidents due to the shaking motion.
In addition, the ladder for evacuation simply performs the function of allowing the user to evacuate to the lower level, and there is a problem that it is visually uncomfortable at a normal time.
It is an object of the present invention to provide an emergency evacuation railing for a residential apartment which can be evacuated in a residential area without moving to a residential space of another floor in case of an emergency such as a fire or the like .
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided an emergency shelter for a flat house, comprising: a pair of protruding members, one end of which is fixed to an outer wall of a lower end of a window of a building, A base having a first hinge provided at the other end of the projecting member; A pair of first vertical members each of which is connected to the pair of first hinges and rotated about the first hinge and a pair of second vertical members extending from the other end of the pair of first vertical members toward the outer wall of the building, A pair of extension members for forming a vertical with the vertical member, a second hinge provided at the other end of each of the pair of extension members, and a pair of first horizontal members for integrating the pair of first vertical members A first railing having a plurality of first handrails provided between the pair of first horizontal members; A pair of second horizontal members which are connected to the pair of second hinges and rotate about the second hinge, a pair of second horizontal members which integrate the pair of second vertical members, A second parapet having a plurality of second parapets provided between the pair of second horizontal members; A pair of third vertical members each having one end connected to the third hinge and rotated about the third hinge, and a pair of third vertical members each having a pair of third vertical members connected to the third hinge, A pair of third horizontal members which are integrated with the pair of third vertical members, and a pair of third horizontal members which extend from the one end of the building outer wall side of the vertical member in the direction of the projecting member to prevent the third vertical member from rotating toward the building outer wall side, A third parapet having a plurality of third parapets provided between the pair of third horizontal members; A first wire wound in a roll shape in the second vertical member, a handle provided on one side of the first wire to easily loosen the first wire wound around the first wire, A first connecting member having an insertion groove for fixing the first wire to the first vertical member by engaging with an engaging portion provided on an upper surface of the vertical member; A pair of cases each having a seating space and fixed to an outer wall of the building, and a pair of cases each of which is incorporated in a seating space of a pair of the cases and one end is connected to the first vertical member, A second connecting member provided on an inner wall of the building and connected to the second wire to control a length of the second wire; And a support member which is provided to abut the lower surface of the pair of protruding members and supports the protruding member and the first vertical member rotated by the first hinge.
Wherein the engaging portion includes an insertion portion formed on an upper surface of the first vertical member, a protrusion protruding from one side of the insertion portion and inserted into the insertion groove of the knob, and a protrusion formed on one side of the protrusion, As shown in Fig.
According to the present invention, the emergency escape railing for a residential apartment can evacuate in a residential space without moving to a residential space of another floor when an emergency such as a fire occurs.
