Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a safety balcony for building, and more particularly, in the event of a fire, it is possible to safely escape from flames and toxic gases in a veranda, which is its own living space, without moving to another living space. In case of a large number of users, the space for the evacuation of the user can be secured more broadly, and it is related to the construction porch safety railing that can provide another floor of air into the evacuation space.
In general, when a fire breaks out in an apartment building, a stairway emergency exit provides a passage through flames and smoke, so it is virtually impossible to evacuate to the outside. Accordingly, the only shelter in the case of a fire in the apartment house will be the window or the veranda.
However, the window or the veranda is also equipped with a proper evacuation means except for the place where the gangbang for escape is provided, so it is almost unprotected from the flame and the toxic gas generated until the rescue ladder truck arrives.
To this end, a ladder is attached to the balcony railing to provide an escape route in case of emergency, but in this case, since the invasion route of the robber is provided, there is a risk of being exposed to various crimes.
Recently, a versatile ladder with versatile structure that allows folding ladders on the veranda railing to be used as a handrail for everyday safety and to provide an escape route connected to the outside in case of emergency It is known through.
Among them, the Republic of Korea Utility Model Registration No. 049394 discloses a configuration in which an emergency ladder is provided on one side of the railing so that the ladder can be used as an emergency stairway by extending the ladder downward when an emergency occurs. Utility model registration No. 049394 is characterized in that the emergency ladder is provided on one side of the handrail foldingly.
However, in the prior art as described above, in the process of escape to the outside through the ladder, if there is no means to protect the escape if missed the ladder due to extreme psychological anxiety and fear is not defenseless in the fall accident There is a problem with exposure.
In addition, when the railing is transformed into a ladder does not support the deformed ladder firmly there was a problem that is exposed to various safety accidents due to shaking even when moving.
And the ladder for evacuation is to perform only a function to simply evacuate to the downstairs there is a problem that usually visually unpleasant.
They also use ladders to move downstairs, so it is not realistic to provide an intrusion route, so it is realistic to provide a shelter to safely wait for paramedics rather than moving to another floor in the event of a fire, and requires skills. I'm doing it.
The present invention can safely evacuate from the flame and toxic gas in the veranda of its own living space without moving to the living space of the other floor in the event of a fire, the space that the user can evacuate when there are a large number of users evacuating to the veranda The aim is to provide a building porch safety railing that can be secured more widely and can provide different floors of air into the evacuation space.

The slider 250 is for stably supporting the place where the safety horizontal connecting
An evacuation space is provided at the upper part of the
The vertical opening and
Firewall 260 is a non-flammable material that is not burned by the flame consists of a plate size of blocking the evacuation railing 200 is installed in the state of being laid on the bottom of the
The firewall 260 may be configured of a first stage firewall 261 and a second stage firewall 262 to reduce the volume and to form a firewall body having a wide size. That is, the firewall 260 is not necessarily limited to two stages, and three or more stages may be stretched.
One end of the first stage firewall 261 is hinged to the bottom of the
Fixing means are applied to maintain the second stage firewall 262 withdrawn from the first stage firewall 261. The fixing means 263 may be a fixing bolt, a fixing pin, etc. fastened together to the first and second stage firewalls 261 and 262. In addition, the fixing means 263 may increase the firmness of the firewall 260 by being fastened to the side
In addition, the firewall 260 may be configured as follows so that the flame does not penetrate through the gap between the wall 4 and the firewall 260 and no toxic gas penetrates.
The third stage firewall 264 may be connected to the second stage firewall 262 so as to be rotatable in the lateral direction (the direction toward the wall 4). The third stage firewall 264 has the same height as the second stage firewall 262 and blocks the flame 4 and the second stage firewall 262 from the flame and the toxic gas.
The firewall 260 is formed to be smaller than the
The firewall 260 may be transparent and of course opaque so as to identify the veranda 1.
In addition, the first stage firewall 261 may be configured to open and close the firewall 265 so that the evacuator who has not been evacuated in an upright position to evacuate to the evacuation space. The first stage firewall 261 is provided with a passage and the opening and closing firewall 265 is disposed in the passage while the upper portion is hinged to the first stage firewall 261 to open and close the passage by a rotational type. Even if the second-stage firewall 262 is inserted into the first-stage firewall 261, the opening / closing firewall 265 can be opened and closed in a state in which the second-stage firewall 262 is drawn out of the first-stage firewall 261. Can be configured.
Building safety railing improved the evacuation function of a multi-unit house according to the present invention is usually the
When a fire occurs in the indoor living space, as shown in Figures 2 and 3, by pushing the evacuation railing 200 in the veranda (1), grab the handle 241 and push in the expansion direction safety
The evacuation railing 200 is stably expanded and moved without being separated from the veranda 1 by the safety
The evacuator moves to the
Along with this, the vertical opening and
In such a safe evacuation space, evacuate safely from flames and toxic gases, and when the rescuer rescued by pushing the vertical opening and
When the fire extinguishing is completed, the evacuation railing 200 is moved toward the veranda 1 as shown in FIG. 1 to have a sense of unity with the veranda 1 so that the veranda 1 is used in the same feeling as that of a conventional veranda. Evacuation railing 200 does not interfere with the view of the indoor occupant does not cause a sense of rejection.
The auxiliary railing of the present embodiment is a frame member that is rotatably installed on the front
Therefore, when a user grabs the upper end of the
Subsequently, when the user pulls the upper end of the
At this time, the
As described above, since the
Therefore, when there are a large number of users who evacuated to the veranda at the time of a fire, after the user evacuates all the evacuation rails provided at both ends of the veranda, the
In addition, the
In addition, the present embodiment, when the
The
Therefore, when the user rotates the
When the lower end of the front
Of course, a blower fan for supplying oxygen into the evacuation space may be installed at the bottom of the front
The
Here, the
Therefore, when the user sits inside the front
At this time, the
In addition, when the
In addition, the
The
Therefore, since the safety horizontal bar is normally placed in close contact with the safety bar, the
In the event of a fire, the user pulls the
Thus, in the event of a fire, you can safely evacuate from flames and toxic gases on the veranda, which is your own living space, without moving to a living space on another floor, and provide a space where users can evacuate if there are a large number of users evacuating to the veranda. It is possible to provide a wider and more secure balcony of the building veranda, which can provide another floor of air into the evacuation space.
