Abstract

PURPOSE: To avoid a bulge phenomenon generated by gas generated from the remaining solvent of an adhesive and remaining air being stored in the interface of adhesion with a metal sheet by applying the adhesive into an island-like shape or a belt-like shape on the face of the side adhered on the metal sheet as a closed-cell foamed sheet. CONSTITUTION: When a thermal insulation folding board 8 as an adhesive body 7 is prepd. by bonding together a metal sheet 3 and a closed-cell foamed sheet 1 by means of press rolls 5, the closed-cell foamed sheet 1 on one face of which an adhesive 2 is applied into a belt-like shape or an island-like shape is used. Air involved when bonded together by means of the press rolls is escaped to the outside of the bonded body through parts on which the adhesive 2 is not applied and even when the adhesive 2 remains, gas generated by evaporation of the solvent can be escaped to the outside of the bonded body 7 through parts on which the adhesive is not applied not to cause bulge phenomenon.

This heat insulating folded plate using the closed cell foam sheet as a heat insulating material is a sticking step in which a closed cell foam sheet and a metal plate are stuck together to form a sticking body, and the sticking body is processed into a folding board. It is manufactured through the two steps of folding plate processing. And
To attach the closed-cell foam sheet to the metal plate, apply the adhesive evenly and evenly to the back surface of the closed-cell foam sheet, and heat it with the adhesive-coated surface facing one side of the metal plate. It is carried out by passing between pressed press rolls. Further, the folding plate is processed by the adhesive body sequentially passing between the forming rolls provided in the tandem.

By the way, when the metal plate and the foamed sheet are bonded to each other with a press roll, the air at the bonding interface is not completely exhausted, and the air remains at that part, or is sufficient when the adhesive is applied. Since the drying time is not taken, the remaining solvent volatilizes and accumulates at the adhesive interface to cause so-called "blister", and a part of the adhesive may not be sufficiently adhered. Alternatively, after sticking, the residual solvent volatilizes to form a “blister” part. If the adhesive with this "blister" part is subjected to folding plate processing as it is, the foamed sheet of the part will be torn off by the edge of the forming roll strongly rubbing this "blister" part. Will result in a product that has been exposed, and whose product value has significantly decreased.

Therefore, in order to prevent the occurrence of the "blister" portion, there is a method in which a large number of small through holes are provided in the closed-cell foam sheet and the gas causing the "blister" phenomenon is diffused to the outside. Adopted (Tokuhei 2-513
No. 85).

However, the above-mentioned manufacturing method using the closed-cell foam sheet having a large number of minute through holes has various problems as described below. As described above, in order to complete the adhesion between the metal plate and the closed-cell foam sheet, the adhesive is applied uniformly and evenly on one side of the closed-cell foam sheet.
If care is not taken when applying this adhesive to the closed-cell foam sheet, the adhesive may seep out from the numerous small through-holes toward the other surface of the closed-cell foam sheet. Since the surface of this foam sheet is used on the interior side, the surface that the adhesive has exuded discolored due to long-term use, and when viewed from the interior side, it looks like spots of mold on the inner surface of the roof, which is remarkably aesthetic. It will damage.

The object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, and gas and residual air generated from the residual solvent of the adhesive applied to one surface of the closed-cell foam sheet are accumulated at the bonding interface with the metal plate. There is no "blister" phenomenon that can be caused by this, therefore there is no crack damage to the foamed sheet when processing a folded plate with a forming roll, and there is no mold on the surface of the closed cell foamed sheet due to the seepage of the adhesive agent. It is to provide a method for manufacturing a plate.

In the method for producing a heat-insulating folded plate of the present invention, when the metal plate and the closed-cell foam sheet are laminated with a press roll to form a bonded body, an adhesive is applied to one surface of the closed-cell foam sheet. Since the one applied in the shape of an island or the strip is used while leaving the portion not applied in the width shape, it has the following effects.

The air entrained during the bonding with the press roll escapes to the outside of the adhered body along the portion where the adhesive is not applied, and when the solvent remains in the adhesive, the solvent volatilizes. Since the gas generated by the gas can escape to the outside of the adhesive body along the part not coated with the adhesive, it does not cause "blister". Therefore,
Since the adhered body having no "blister" portion can be subjected to folding plate processing with a forming roll, crack damage is not given to the foamed sheet. Further, since the through-hole sheet is not provided in the closed cell sheet, the adhesive does not seep out to the sheet surface.

Further, since the minute air bubbles can be released, the minute air bubbles do not aggregate to form a bulge portion between the metal plate and the closed-cell foam sheet. Further, the gas generated from the adhesive applied to the surface of the closed-cell foam sheet can also escape from the portion not applied with the adhesive, and the blistering phenomenon does not occur. Of course, since the closed-cell foam sheet does not have minute through holes for venting gas, the adhesive may seep through the minute through holes to the other surface of the closed-cell foam sheet and spoil the appearance. An embodiment in which the adhesive 2 is applied in a strip shape in the longitudinal direction shown in FIG. 1 will be described. acrylic resin,
A metal plate 3 made of a resin-coated steel plate such as a polyester resin or a zinc iron plate is preheated to 100 ° C. to 150 ° C. and conveyed to a press roll 5 to activate the primer adhesive 2, and the metal plate 3 is pressed by the press roll 5. The closed cell foam sheet 1 is attached to. When pressure is applied by the press roll 5, minute air bubbles generated between the metal plate 3 and the closed cell foam sheet 1 or gas generated by the adhesive 2 applied to the surface of the closed cell foam sheet is used for the press roll 5. The metal plate 3 is pinched by and moves in the transport direction, but since there is a band-shaped non-bonding portion, it escapes here and escapes.
The air bubbles do not aggregate to cause a "blister" phenomenon or destroy the closed-cell foam sheet 1.

In the above embodiment, the amount of the adhesive agent 2 applied is as small as 10 to 40 g / m 2, and therefore the presence or absence of application and the uniformity of the applied amount can be determined by looking at the application surface. Although difficult, if a colorant is mixed with the adhesive 2, it is possible to easily visually determine the presence or absence of coating and the uniformity of the coating amount. Since the closed-cell foam sheet used in the present invention does not have micro through holes, the adhesive does not exude to the surface even if an adhesive mixed with a coloring agent is used, so that the appearance of the surface can be improved. There is no loss.

As described above, according to the method for manufacturing a heat insulating folded plate of the present invention, the adhesive is applied to the closed cell foam sheet in an island shape or a strip shape, leaving a portion where the adhesive is not applied in a narrow width. Since it is used, the air remaining at the interface between the metal plate and the closed-cell foam sheet and the gas generated by the adhesive or the gas generated when the closed bubbles are broken by the ironing of the forming roll from the part where the adhesive is not applied. You can escape. Therefore, no "blister" is formed at the interface between the metal plate and the closed-cell foam sheet. Further, it is possible to easily manufacture a heat insulating folded plate in which the adhesive does not exude to the surface of the closed-cell foam sheet through the minute through holes and spoil the appearance.
