なる循環水供給口を設けることを特徴とする冷凍原料の
解凍装置、に係るものであり、本発明によれば以下のよ
うな効果が奏される。 (1)冷凍原料を効率良く連続的に短時間で解凍するこ
とができる。 (2)循環水の温度コントロールにより、品質劣化し易
い冷凍原料であっても、その品質を劣化させることなく
効率良く解凍処理することができる。 (3)シャワリング方式による循環水の供給と洗浄用ブ
ラシの作用により、冷凍原料の解凍と洗浄を同時に行う
ことができる。 (4)夾雑物の含まれる冷凍原料であっても、支障なく
解凍処理することができる。
