かながらの隙間及び段差を生じているのが現状である。
このような状況にあるサーマルヘッドを感熱記録紙に圧
接し印字を行なえば、印字画像に濃度ムラを生じたり、
時には感熱記録紙表面を剥離するなどして、画像品質を
低下させることもあるなど、種々の不具合が生じてい
た。
