Is a bilaterally symmetric structure, and in order to solve the problem of water circulation, considering the economical efficiency, the partition wall 23
However, even in a room where water circulation is not considered, since the partition wall 23 has a bilaterally symmetrical structure, the calcium silicate plate surface of the upper plate 26 is exposed,
When the finishing is performed, a sealing treatment is required, resulting in a relatively expensive finish, and there is a problem in economical efficiency. Further, in addition to the problem of water surroundings, as measures against the sound insulation caused by the flow of water, the subbing plates 25 and 27, the gypsum board 12,
The gap 28 between the 12 is filled with a sound insulating material having a high sound insulating property, such as rock wool felt, to perform processing such as enhancing the sound insulating performance.

Regarding the strength when absorbing water, JIS A 140
A test according to 8 was conducted. As a result of this test, the fiber-containing calcium silicate board was found to have a flexural strength of 70% after absorbing water for 24 hours, and the gypsum board had a flexural strength of 12 to 17% under the same conditions. It was found that the bending strength was maintained and the bending strength was reduced by 88 to 83%. It was also confirmed that the fiber-containing calcium silicate board can be used around water, because the strength retention during moisture absorption is larger than that of gypsum board and the original strength is obtained when dried.
