Such gypsum materials have various advantages such as being inexpensive and having excellent fire resistance, and are widely used as interior wall materials or ceiling materials. On the other hand, although gypsum as a construction material is lighter than concrete, it generally has the disadvantage of being heavy, so when boards or panels made of such gypsum materials are used, they are difficult to use on site. There are disadvantages in that it is difficult to handle and has poor workability. On the other hand, in recent years, in order to improve the impact resistance of gypsum boards or gypsum panels, it has been considered that they are reinforced with perlite, but even in this case, the weight is almost the same as regular gypsum boards. It remains the same, and the drawback of poor workability has not been resolved.

In order to achieve this purpose, the first aspect of the present invention is as follows.
The invention is characterized in that the main material is gypsum, and foamed beads of synthetic resin such as foamed polystyrene and glass fibers are mixed into the gypsum main material.
The invention is characterized in that the main material is gypsum, and foamed beads of synthetic resin such as expanded polystyrene, glass fibers, and a water-soluble adhesive are mixed into the gypsum main material.

The slurry containing foamed synthetic resin beads and glass fibers is poured between base paper sheets and dried.

7, it is much lighter, easier to handle, and has excellent workability.
Furthermore, the synthetic resin foam beads (3) do not cause air bubbles in the gypsum board or panel, and therefore have excellent heat insulation and sound insulation properties. In this case, even if the foam beads (3) disappear or deteriorate due to heat, the air bubbles will still remain, and the heat insulation and sound insulation properties will be better, so the fire retardant performance will be higher than that of ordinary gypsum. will improve. Furthermore, although gypsum usually requires time to dry, the presence of the foamed beads (3) as described above provides a manufacturing advantage in that the drying time becomes faster. Furthermore, according to the second aspect of the present invention, a water-soluble adhesive such as a resin emulsion is mixed, and the water-soluble adhesive reacts with moisture and hardens to increase strength and improve water resistance, which is a weak point of plaster. and improves adhesion to metals, etc.

Furthermore, it is also conceivable to interpose a metal mesh material in the intermediate portion.

It also has excellent heat insulation and sound insulation properties, making it ideal for ceiling materials or interior wall materials.
