固定具の提供。 【構成】プレート３に、ガイド用鋼線１が挿入できる部
分６を備える。

Description

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】［産業上の利用分野］本発明は、医療分野
特に整形外科領域において、骨切り術を行なうときに用
いる。例えば、変形性膝関節症における、高位脛骨骨切
り術や、変形性股関節症における、内反骨切り術といっ
た骨切り術である。
【０００２】［従来の技術］従来は、骨切りの後フック
プレートなどで固定が行なわれたが、フックプレートの
フック部分の挿入の際関節内へ、フック部分が誤挿入さ
れたり、フック部分と関節からの距離が思い通り取れな
いことがあった。これは、フック部分挿入時に、よいガ
イドがなかったためである。例えば、キルシュナー鋼線
などの鋼線を、挿入しておいて、それと平行に、フック
部分を挿入しようとしても、鋼線と平行な挿入ができな
かったりしてうまく行かないこともあった。
【０００３】［本発明が解決しようとする課題］例え
ば、フック部分など骨切り骨に挿入される部分すなわち
プレート３の挿入を正確に行なえる様にすることであ
る。
【０００４】［課題を解決するための手段］プレート３
に、ガイドとして機能する鋼線１が挿入できる部分６を
作る。
【０００５】［作用］高位脛骨骨切り術を例に用いその
作用を説明する。先ず、鋼線１を目的の高さに挿入す
る。通常は２本で十分である。鋼線１は、プレート３よ
り侵襲が少ないため、挿入点が悪ければ、再挿入して
も、骨切り骨２に与える影響が少ない。鋼線１を逆側の
皮質骨まで抜けば、関節面からの高さの計測も容易であ
る。次に、鋼線１に挿入できる部分６を介して、プレー
ト３が入るので、鋼線１をガイドにして、プレート３を
骨切り骨２に、挿入できる。鋼線１を２本用いれば、プ
レート３は、回旋することもない。挿入のとき、プレー
ト３は、鋼線１からずれることがないので、鋼線１の挿
入部に正確に挿入可能である。
【０００６】［実施例］図１のように、本内固定器具
は、鋼線１の挿入できる部分６を持つプレート３およ
び、皮質骨外側面を固定するためのプレート５よりな
る。図２は骨切り骨２と骨切り骨４を本内固定器具で固
定した状態を示す。プレート５は、スクリュー７で、骨
切り骨４上に、固定されている。図３は、請求項２に示
すものの実施例で、プレート３の外側に、プレート５が
挿入できる形になっている。これは、互いの固定形式を
限定するものではなく、固定したとき、互いが歪みすぎ
なければよい。図４は、本内固定器具を、ガイドとなる
鋼線１をとうして挿入しているところを示す。
【０００７】［発明の効果］本発明を用いることによ
り、プレート３の挿入ひいては、骨切り手術ををより安
全に行なうことが可能である。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】ガイドとして機能する鋼線１が挿入できる
    部分６を持った、骨切り骨２に挿入固定するための、プ
    レート３および、骨切り骨４の皮質骨外側面を固定する
    ためのプレート５からなる骨切り用内固定器具であり、
    プレート３と、プレート５が一体となったもの。プレー
    ト３にある、鋼線１が挿入できる部分６は、２か所が適
    当であるが、一か所でも、３か所以上でもよい。
  2. 【請求項２】請求項１と同様のものであるが、プレート
    ３と、プレート５が分離しており、互いは、挿入した
    り、ねじで止めることで一体となる内固定器具。
