2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, as the demand for petroleum has increased worldwide, the number of oil spill accidents at the site of crude oil extraction on the sea and in the process of transportation thereof has increased along with the increase in demand. Once a spill accident occurs on the sea, it spreads over a wide sea area and adversely affects not only the organisms living in the sea but also human society. Once a spill accident occurs, it is desirable to promptly collect and process it. For this reason, oil fluence is widely used as a method to minimize the diffusion of oil spilled on the sea surface.

However, these oil fences mainly prevent the diffusion of floating spilled oil. For example, as shown in FIG. 6, the actual Kaihei 4-41520 has a structure that surrounds the floating area of oil at the spill site and floats it above the sea surface to follow the tide and collect the floating oil. A method of suppressing the diffusion of volatile gas into the atmosphere by spraying an oil neutralizing agent is used as the method of 2., but the neutralizing agent that has adsorbed the oil precipitates on the seabed and causes environmental damage. It may cause a secondary disaster.

However, these are limited to the case where the oil spillage is relatively small, and the wider the oil spreads, the poorer the workability and the more difficult it is to collect and recover evenly. Especially in sea areas where the tidal current changes with time, the dispersion of oil spills often drifts in strips for a very long time, and once the flow begins, collection is extremely difficult. The present invention is to provide an oil fence (hereinafter, referred to as a fence) that exerts its collecting function even in the spilled oil which has started to drift.

[0006] As another means of forming the above-mentioned hedge, in a series of hedges formed by connecting a plurality of hedges, the single hedge is to maintain a posture almost vertical to the water surface. It has a floating body and a weight that stabilizes the buoyancy at the bottom of the hedge, and it has multiple cores that prevent contraction in the width direction of the hedge. A rope or the like for connecting the ropes to form a series of fences is inserted, and both ends of these ropes are closed type straightening cloth so that the collected oil does not leak from the joints when the fences are connected. When the closed type rectifying cloth is fixed to one edge and the other is opened to connect a plurality of edges to form a series of edges, the closed rectification cloth provided at those connecting portions is a series of edges. When towed, each of them should fly along the flow of the collecting oil in the direction of closing their connecting parts. It is a single fence band that connects the fence band.

FIG. 5 is a view of the embodiment of FIG. 4 seen from the inside, in which the closed type rectifying cloth 13 has a portion 13a sewn to the main body of the fence and an open portion 13b. When the fence is towed in the direction of arrow 15 during oil collection, the oil along the inside of the fence will flow in the opposite direction to arrow 15, and the closed baffle cloth will act so as to flow to the flow of oil. However, it plays a role of preventing oil from leaking outside from the connection part of the hedge, so when connecting a plurality of divided hedges to form a series of hedges,
Since the direction of oil flow along the inside of the fence is opposite at half the length, prepare a sewn direction of the closed type rectifying cloth 13 to the main body of the fence differently from left to right. It is considered to connect the opposite one from the half position.

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION The oil spill recovery system of the present invention can appropriately cope with a wide spill area because oil floating on the sea surface is collected while being towed by two ships. Depending on the number, you can adjust the total length of the fence by increasing or decreasing the number of connected fences to perform efficient collection work.Since it is divided into multiple pieces, it is easy to store when not in use. Can be stored in a small space. Even if the fence of the present invention is made of cloth, since the rod-shaped core body is included in the width direction of the fence, it does not shrink thinly in the width direction. Further, since the blocking cloth is provided so that the oil recovered from the connecting portion does not leak, the recovery efficiency is good.
