Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a seal against which sealed matter does not abut by making rigid a joint, by a method wherein uneven part is comprised of thermoplastic resin, porousness in the surface is crushed by melting a recessed part by heat processing, the side of a printing body which has left the porousness behind in only a projected part is fixed to the side of a holder by heat fusing. CONSTITUTION: A printing body 3 of a continuous porous body is formed of thermoplastic resin, a mold possessing an uneven surface having heat is pressed, a part of a porous layer of the printing body of a projected part is melted and a porous layer is crushed. Since the heat is not applied to the recessed part, the porous layer is left behind and ink can be made to permeate. The layer is fused to a holder 1 thermally and fixed by taking a joint as H. At this time, the side of the printing body 3 and the side of the holder 1 are fused together thermally. Since the side is separated from a seal face, the joint H can be made thick. Since the joint H can be molded on the interior, the joint between the holder 1 and sealing body does not abut against the other foreign matter.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, many inventions of a printing body made of a thermoplastic resin have been applied. In order to form a printing surface on such a thermoplastic resin, there is a method in which the thermoplastic resin is injected into a mother die and molded to obtain a porous printed body. Both of the concave portions and the convex portions of these printed bodies are porous bodies. In addition, if a thermoplastic resin is molded as a plate-shaped porous body and a concave-convex mold having heat is pressed against the plate-shaped porous body, the convex portions first come into contact with each other to melt the surface and crush the porous surface. Further, if the bottom of the recess is prevented from coming into contact with the surface of the porous body, the porous layer remains only in this portion, and a printed body can be prepared. (FIGS. 3 and 4) Next, in order to hold such a printed body, there are a conventional one which holds the printed body by a receiving metal 15 and one which holds the printed body by fitting with a holder. (Fig. 1) Also, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 2-34053 (hereinafter (a)) and Japanese Patent Laid-Open No.
-There is 363285 (hereinafter (B)). The method (a) is a method for fixing a printed body by heat-sealing a plate member for holding a printed body to a holder by using a porous printed body, and the constitution is obviously different from the present invention. (B) is a porous printed material, and is also a thermoplastic resin, and this printed material is heat-bonded and held in a joined state at one end of the holder. (FIG. 2) In particular, from the example, heat sealing is performed on the surface parallel to the stamp surface to form a single paragraph. In this way, the printed body is held by melting the end face of the holder and the end face of the printed body and joining them, so that the joining force is weak. Also, if you try to thicken the portion to be heat-sealed in order to strengthen the joint, it will melt the portion near the stamp face, so the melted resin will attack even the convex part of the stamp face, so it can not be made too thick . Furthermore, since the weakness of the joint and the joint is provided in parallel with the marking surface,
When imprinted with unevenness or imprinted on the edge of the holder, or when imprinting on other objects, the joint between the holder and the printed body may easily come off.

As described above, since the joint between the printing body and the holder is heat-sealed in the vicinity of the marking surface, the joint is weak and the joint is provided parallel to the marking surface. Therefore, it is likely that the joint between the holder and the printed body is easily disengaged due to the contact between the joint and the stamped article or any other object. Therefore, the present invention provides a stamp in which the joint between the printed body and the holder is made firm and the printed matter or other objects do not come into contact with the joint.

Function: A printed body 3 which is a thermoplastic resin and is a continuous porous body is prepared. As a conventionally known method for this printing material,
The mold L having a heat-irregular surface is pressed. Here, in the mold L having an uneven surface, the portion that actually remains as the imprint is a concave portion, and the other portions are convex portions. Therefore, the convex surface first comes into contact with the printed body, melts a part of the porous layer on the surface of the printed body, and crushes the porous layer. Further, the mold L is stopped at a certain position without reaching the bottom of the recess. Then, since heat is not applied to the concave portion, the porous layer remains and the ink can penetrate. The print surface of the printed body thus formed is as shown in FIG. Next, such a printed body 3 is heat-fused to the holder 1 and fixed as the joint H. At this time, the side surface of the printing body 3 and the side surface of the holder 1 are heat-sealed. Since it is a side surface apart from the printing surface, the joint H can be thickened. Further, as another embodiment, in order to heat-bond the side surface of the holder and the printing body 3, the space S is fixed. By providing the space S, the heat fusion can be thickened, and the joint H can be formed deeply, so that the joint between the holder 1 and the printing body 3 may come into contact with other foreign matter at the time of marking. Absent.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The first embodiment of the present invention is shown in FIGS.
This will be described in detail with reference to FIG. Reference numeral 1 denotes a holder for holding the printing body 3, which may or may not hold the ink occlusion body 2 therein. Reference numeral 3 denotes a printed body, which is impregnated with ink and is made of a continuous porous body. The surface of the concave portion melts the material and crushes the porous body on the surface to prevent ink from penetrating. In addition, a porous body remains in the convex portion, the ink penetrates, and an imprint can be given to the imprinted material. The ink may be impregnated after the printed body is assembled, or may be impregnated in the printed body first. Further, the print body 3 and the holder 1 alone may be used as a stamp. The side surface of the holder, which is the side surface of the holder 1, and the side surface of the printed body, which is the side surface of the printed body 3, are heat-sealed. At this time, if the printed body is square, both sides (4 sides) can be fused by a trowel, and if it is round, the side surface 4 and the printed body side 5 can be evenly placed on the holder by a heated roll. It can be heat-sealed. (FIG. 7) Further, since the side surface of the holder 1 and the side surface of the printing body 3 are heat-sealed, it is easy to process and the joint portion (melting portion H) can be thickened. Therefore, in printing such a stamp, a stamped product having many irregularities, a foreign substance, or the like does not come into contact with the joint between the side surface of the holder 1 and the side surface of the printing body 3.

A second embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 9 and 10. Thermal fusion is performed so that a space S is provided between the side surface of the holder 1 and the printing surface of the printing body 3. The bottom of the space S is a joint H. In this way, the space S is provided, and the heat fusion can be thickened by using this portion as the joint portion. Further, since it is deep because it is the bottom of the space S, it is difficult for a stamped product or foreign matter having a large number of irregularities to come into contact with it. It's getting harder. Regarding the material For the printed body 3, it is possible to use a thermoplastic resin such as an olefin-based thermoplastic elastomer, an olefin-based thermoplastic resin, a urethane-based thermoplastic elastomer, a vinyl chloride resin and an ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer. The holder 1 is a thermoplastic resin. Polyethylene resin, polypropylene resin, fluorine resin, vinyl chloride resin, ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer, etc. can be used. In particular, the combination of the materials of the printing body 3 and the holder 1 is preferably the same material and the same or a similar melting point. Further, if necessary, the holder 1 is provided with an ink replenishing port 6 and a locking member 8 for fixing one end of the elastic body 7.
May be provided, and further, a lower exterior body 9 that covers a part of the holder 1 and the printing body 3 and a grip 10 that interlocks with the holder 1 may be provided.

[Effect] With the above-described configuration, the following effects can be obtained. By providing the adhesive portion between the holder 1 and the printing body 3 on the side surface and providing the space S between the holder 1 and the printing surface of the printing body 3, the printed matter or other foreign matter having a large number of irregularities can be contacted. Printing can be performed without using it, and the holder 1 and the printing body 3 are not separated. By providing the bonding portion between the holder 1 and the printing body 3 on the side surface and providing the space S between the holder 1 and the printing surface of the printing body 3, the bonding portion H can be thickened and a strong fusion can be achieved. You can get the clothes. Since it is not flat with the printing surface, it is easy to process the holder 1 and the printing body 3 by heat fusion, and the printing surface is not damaged during processing.
