For this reason, it is conceivable to reduce the thickness of the seal wall 62a constituting the fixing portion 62 or to reduce the weight of the spout 60 by omitting the reinforcing member 62b. When the spout 60 is mounted on the container main body 50 by the method, the pressing force of the seal bar A is directly applied to the seal wall 62a.
If the thickness of 2a is reduced or the reinforcing member 62b is omitted, the sealing wall 62a is easily deformed by the pressing force of the seal bar A, and the outer sheets 51 and 52 forming the container body 50 are removed. A new problem arises in that it is not possible to reliably heat seal the fixing portion 62 (seal wall 62a) of the spout 60.

As described above, according to the spout mounting method for the spout-equipped container, when the spout mounting portion of the container body is heated and pressed against the seal wall of the fixing portion by the seal bar, the pressure is applied along the inner peripheral surface of the seal wall. By supporting the seal wall from the inner surface side by a pressure receiving member having a surface, the container main body and the seal wall are sandwiched between the seal bar and the pressure receiving member, so that the container main body is securely attached to the outer peripheral surface of the seal wall. Pressed, the container body and the fixed portion can be uniformly and reliably heat-sealed.

Therefore, it is not necessary to increase the thickness of the seal wall so that the seal wall is not easily deformed by the pressing force of the seal bar, and it is not necessary to separately provide a reinforcing member for the seal wall at the fixing portion. Therefore, a lightweight spout having a thin seal wall is used. The weight of the spout-equipped container can be reduced.

[0013] Further, by reducing the thickness of the seal wall constituting the fixing portion, the amount of synthetic resin material used for forming the spout is reduced, and the spout itself can be manufactured at low cost. When discarded, there is also an effect that the amount of resin material to be discarded can be minimized.

Further, by preheating the pressure receiving member, the seal wall can be heated from the inner surface side as well, so that the seal surface of the seal wall can be heated as compared with the conventional spout mounting method in which only the seal bar is used for heating. Can be heated to the melting temperature in a short time, so that the spout mounting processing time can be shortened and good sealing performance can be ensured.

Further, as in the spout mounting method according to the second aspect, the fixing portion of the spout is formed in a tapered shape so that its annular sealing wall is inclined outward toward the lower side. In the spout mounting portion of the container main body, a tapered spout mounting hole in which the fixing portion can be fitted is formed, and when the spout mounting portion is sandwiched between the spout mounting portion of the container main body, When the fixing portion is fitted into the spout mounting hole from below the container main body, the fixing portion of the spout is easily and reliably positioned at the spout mounting portion of the container main body. In the spout constructed as described above, the annular sealing wall constituting the fixing portion is thinner than the thickness of the mouth,
Furthermore, since the seal wall has flexibility, even when the seal wall is slightly distorted due to uneven manufacturing, etc., when the spout mounting portion of the container body is heated and pressed against the seal wall by the seal bar, the seal bar and the pressure receiving member are not connected. With the seal wall interposed therebetween, the seal wall is easily deformed along the pressing surface of the seal bar, so that the spout mounting portion of the container body and the seal wall are reliably heat-sealed.

As described above, when the seal bar 32 heats and presses the spout mounting portion of the container body 10 (body portion 11) against the sealing wall 22b of the fixing portion 22 of the spout 20, the fixing portion 22 of the spout 20 receives pressure. By being fitted into the member 31, the container body 10 and the seal wall 22b are sandwiched between the seal bar 32 and the pressure receiving member 31, so that the seal wall 22b is thinner than the thickness of the mouth 21 and is flexible. Even if the spout 20 has the container body 10, the flexible sheet forming the container body 10 is surely pressed against the outer peripheral surface of the seal wall 22b, and the container body 10
And the fixing portion 22 (seal wall 22b) can be uniformly and reliably heat-sealed.

Therefore, when such a spout mounting method is adopted, the seal wall of the fixing portion is made thicker so that the seal wall is not easily deformed by the pressing force of the seal bar as in the conventional spout, or the shape of the seal wall is maintained. It is not necessary to separately provide a reinforcing member for increasing the strength of the fixing portion, and it is possible to use a lightweight spout 20 having a small thickness of the seal wall 22b, and the weight of the spout-equipped container 1 can be reduced.

Further, by reducing the thickness of the seal wall 22b forming the fixing portion 22, the amount of synthetic resin material used to form the spout 20 is reduced, so that the spout 20 itself can be manufactured at low cost. In addition, when the spout 20 is discarded, there is an effect that the amount of discarded synthetic resin material can be minimized.

Further, as described above, by pre-heating the pressure receiving member 31, the seal wall 22b is also heated from the inner surface side, so that compared to the conventional spout mounting method in which only the seal bar is used to heat the seal wall 22b. The sealing surface of the sealing wall 22b rises to the melting temperature in a short time, and the spout 2
0 can be efficiently performed in a short time, and the sealing performance is improved.

Further, since the spout 20 is manufactured by the injection molding method, the sealing wall 22b may be slightly distorted due to cooling or the like. Since the seal wall 22b is thinner and has flexibility, the seal wall 22b is sandwiched between the seal bar 32 and the pressure receiving member 31, so that the distorted seal wall 22b can be easily formed along the pressing surface of the seal bar 32. It is deformed, and the spout mounting portion of the container body 10 and the seal wall 22
b is surely heat-sealed.
