"Prior Art" As shown in FIG. 3, the roll stamp 30 has a rotating body 32 having a flat porous rubber band 31 wound around it, on which a pattern of characters, figures, symbols, etc. is projected. , This rotating body 32
The stamp holder 33 rotatably supports the stamp holder 33, and the replenishing member 34 attached to the stamp holder 33 for replenishing the flat porous rubber band 31 with ink.

The conventional roll stamp 30 is manufactured by compression molding (direct pressure molding) of the plate-like porous rubber band 31.
It was formed by wrapping it around the rotary body 32 with an adhesive or the like via an adhesive agent, and connecting both ends with an adhesive agent, heat welding or the like.

“Problems to be Solved by the Invention” The conventional roll stamp 30 has a flat plate shape even if an ink replenishing member 34 tries to replenish the ink only to the pattern protruding on the surface of the flat plate-shaped porous rubber band 31. There is a problem that the ink permeates the entire porous rubber band 31, and therefore, when the ink is strongly pressed against the paper, even a portion other than the pattern comes into contact with the paper to attach the ink, and the pattern shape becomes unclear.

The conventional roll stamp manufacturing method is complicated because the flat porous rubber band 31 formed by compression molding (direct pressure molding) is wound around the rotating body 32 with an adhesive or the like and fixed. There was a problem that it was troublesome. Further, in the conventional roll stamp manufacturing method, since it was difficult to match the circumferential length of the rotating body 32 and the length of the flat plate-shaped porous rubber band 31, both ends of the flat plate-shaped porous rubber band 31 are There were inconveniences such as overlapping and gaps between both ends. Furthermore, with this manufacturing method, it is difficult to manufacture a roll stamp having a small outer diameter.
That is, even if the flat rubber band 31 is wound around the rotating body 32, it is difficult to wind it due to the elastic force of the material, and the connecting portions 35 at both ends are V-shaped as shown in FIG. There was also the problem of impairing the appearance. Furthermore,
The distance (1) between the convex portions such as characters provided on the surface of the flat plate-shaped porous rubber band 31 and the distance (L) between the convex portions arranged on both sides of the V-shaped connecting portion 35 are different. Therefore, there is also a problem that characters and the like cannot be arranged at equal intervals. Not only that, even if the concave portion of the flat plate-shaped porous rubber band 31 is surface-hardened so that ink does not bleed from the concave surface, the V-shaped connecting portion 35 cannot be surface-hardened. Ink bleeds from 35, and when the roll stamp is pressed firmly against the paper, the above-mentioned connection part 35
However, there is a problem that the ink comes in contact with the paper and adheres to the paper.

(B) A master having a predetermined pattern of characters, figures, symbols, etc. formed on its surface by concave portions is heated, and a continuous pore body is rolled on this master, and the predetermined characters, figures, symbols are formed on the surface of the continuous pore. A second manufacturing step in which a thick convex portion having a pattern such as the above and a thin concave portion which is melted and solidified are formed.

"Operation" Since the roll stamp according to the present invention has the above-mentioned configuration, ink permeates due to the presence of pores in the thick convex portion formed with a pattern of predetermined characters, figures, symbols, etc. Since the surface of the concave portion is melted and solidified and the pores are crushed, the ink does not permeate and a clear impression can be obtained.

Further, the method for manufacturing a roll stamp according to the present invention, a cylindrical continuous pore body is heated, predetermined characters, figures,
By simply rolling the pattern of symbols etc. on the master formed by the recesses, it is very easy to form a thick convex portion with a pattern of characters, figures, symbols etc. on the surface of the continuous pore body and the surface. It is possible to form a thin concave portion that is melted and solidified from the bottom to the back surface direction.

[Embodiment] An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
Reference numeral 1 denotes a roll stamp main body, which comprises a cylindrical continuous pore body 2 and a shaft member 3, as shown in FIG. The continuous pore body 2 is formed from a plastic foam having a three-dimensional network structure of pores made of polyolefin, which is a general term for polypropylene, polyethylene and the like. On the surface 4 of the continuous pore body 2, characters,
A thick convex portion 5 in which a pattern such as a figure is formed and a thin concave portion 6 formed by melting and solidifying the continuous pore body 2 from the surface to the back surface of the continuous pore body are formed. Reference numeral 3 denotes a shaft member which is fitted into and attached to the cylindrical continuous pore body 2 and has a protrusion 3a provided at the center of both side surfaces thereof.

The continuous pore body 2 is obtained by extruding a polyolefin-based raw material by molding extrusion using a cylindrical tube to form a clay-like cylindrical rod body, and a chemical is made to act on this cylindrical rod body to remove impurities and form pores, Manufactured. The shaft member 3 having the protrusions 3a at the centers of both side surfaces is fitted into the cylindrical continuous pore body 2. Next, the protrusions 3a of the shaft member 3 are rotatably attached to both lower ends of a substantially inverted Y-shaped support member 9, and the continuous pore body 2 is provided on the surface 17 through the support member 9 with predetermined characters and figures. , A pattern such as a symbol is rolled on the metal master 15 formed by the recess 16 while pressing it for 0.5 to 3 seconds. This time,
The metal master 15 is heated to a temperature of 130 to 200 ° C. As a result, the surface of the continuous pore body 2 is melted by the heated surface 17 of the metal master 15 to form the recess 6, but the portion corresponding to the recess 16 of the master 15 does not come into contact with the metal master 15. Since it is deeply engraved in advance, it does not melt and the convex portion 5 having the same pattern as the concave portion 16 is formed. Therefore, after the roll stamp body 1 has passed over the metal master 15, as shown in FIG. 1 (a), the same pattern as the pattern formed by the concave portions 16 of the master 15 is formed on the surface of the continuous pore body 2. The convex portion 5 having a pattern is formed, and the concave portion 6 is formed in other portions. The convex portion 5 remains as it is from the front surface to the rear surface of the continuous pore body 2, but the concave portion 6 is formed on the metal master.
The high temperature of 15 melts and solidifies from the front surface 4 toward the back surface, and the properties of the continuous pore body 2 are lost. Therefore, since the ink penetrates into the convex portions 5 but the ink does not penetrate into the concave portions 6, a clear impression can be obtained.

Further, as described in the above embodiments, the roll stamp manufacturing method according to the present invention can omit the conventional winding work and can manufacture the roll stamp by one rotation work. The manufacturing process can be simplified, and the roll stamp can be manufactured at low cost.
