Abstract

PURPOSE:To boost production a few times and resultantly reduce cost by causing the entire surface except a part forming an impression on the surface of a continuous foamed sponge to cave-in in a recessed shape, keeping an amount squeezed out by said cave-in compacted in the bottom of said recessed cave-in part and occluding ink into a sponge. CONSTITUTION:A pressure-sensitive adhesive 2 is applied on the reverse side of a thermoplastic synthetic resin film 1 and on this applied surface, a mold-releasing paper 3 is coated in a freely separable manner to an attaching sheet 4. Then a mold 8 having recessed part 6 which forms an impression and a projected part 7 which forms the other area, is pressed on the front surface of a continuous foamed sponge of plate shape on which back side the afore-mentioned attaching sheet 4 is pasted. Thus a convex part for nonsmashed-type impression formation 9 and a concave part for smashed-type non impression formation 10 are provided on the front surface of the sponge. At the same time, an amount squeezed out of said recessed part for nonimpression formation 10 is compacted at the bottom of the recessed part for nonimpression formation 10 using low-frequency heating means without leaving any bubbles. After this procedure, the mold 8 is separated from the sponge 5 to constitute a stamp body 11 and the mold-releasing paper 3 is stripped off the stamp body 11. Then the stamp body 11 is attached to a stamp pad 12 by a pressure-sensitive adhesive 2 on the reverse side of the stamp body.

The purpose of the present invention is to increase production several times and reduce costs by heating the entire surface of a plate-shaped open-cell sponge, excluding the area where the impression will be formed. It is made into a concave shape by embossing, and the part pushed out by this concave remains pressed and hardened to the bottom of the concave depression, allowing the sponge to absorb ink. Heat embossing is applied to the surface of a plate-shaped open-celled sponge using a mold with convex portions, and at the same time, the entire surface of the sponge except for the portion where the impression will be formed is depressed into a concave shape. The gist is to keep the amount of ink pushed out by the concave portion pressed and solidified on the bottom surface of the concave concave portion, and to occlude ink in the impression forming convex portion of the sponge.

Embodiment 1 of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. A pressure-sensitive adhesive (
A seal impression is made on the surface of a plate-shaped open-cell sponge (5) on which an adhesive sheet (4) made by applying 2) and releasably covering the coated surface with a release paper (3) is attached to the back side. A mold body (8) with a concave part (6) in the part to be formed and a convex part (7) in the other part is pressed to form a non-squeezable impression forming convex part (9) and a crushed part on the same surface. A concave border for non-marking/formation is provided, and the amount pushed out from the concave part a1 for non-impression formation is pressed onto the bottom surface of the concave part a1 for non-impression formation by low-frequency heating to a state where no air bubbles remain, and then a mold ( 8) from the sponge (5) to form a stamp body (ell), and by peeling off the release paper (3) from the stamp body (11), the stamp body I is attached to the pressure-sensitive adhesive (2) on the back side of the stamp body (11). ) to the stamp base 0, and the stamp body (111) is filled with ink of a desired color to complete the stamp.
