【発明の効果】本発明は、以上説明したように構成され

【0015】溶着体の熱伝導性が良くなるので、瞬時に
加熱された後は、溶着体の温度低下が急速にすすみ、溶
着体先端が溶着樹脂部分に付着しても糸引き現象が発生
しなく、溶着体先端に相応したきれいな加工面に熱変形
仕上げされる。

Claims (2)
- 【請求項1】 一方の樹脂部材に植設した突起を、他方
の樹脂部材に穿設した透孔に挿通し、上記突起の先端を
熱変形させる溶着体を窒化アルミニウムセラミックスに
より構成したことを特徴とする合成樹脂溶着装置。 - 【請求項2】 溶着体を窒化アルミニウムと窒化ホウ素
との複合焼結体により構成してなる請求項1記載の合成
樹脂溶着装置。
