f. Effects of the Invention As described above, according to the suspension device for a saddle riding type four-wheel vehicle for traveling on uneven terrain according to the present invention, the base end portion is rocked on the left and right lower tubes 4, 4 of the vehicle body frame 1. A suspension arm 5 that is movably supported and has a knuckle arm bracket 7 that supports a wheel at its tip portion, and a suspension unit 6 including a shock absorber and a spring that suspends the tip portion of the suspension arm 5 on the vehicle body frame 1. In the suspension device for a saddle-ride type four-wheeled vehicle for traveling on uneven terrain, the suspension arm 5 is formed by bending the suspension arm 5 at one position in accordance with the steering angle, and through the tip side surface 5b2 thereof. The rear arm member 5b welded to the back surface of the knuckle arm bracket 7 and the tip 5a1 of the rear arm member 5b are bent at one point in the middle. Since the side surface 5a2 is welded to the back surface of the knuckle arm bracket 7 and the front side arm member 5a is welded to the tip end surface 5b1 of the arm member 5b, each arm member is bent once and crushed. Since processing etc. can be omitted, the number of manufacturing steps can be reduced. Further, the rear side arm member 5b is welded to the rear surface of the knuckle arm bracket 7 for supporting the wheel on the side surface, and the front side arm member 5b is welded.
The tip of 5a is welded to the back surface of the knuckle arm bracket 7, and the side surface of the front arm member 5a is attached to the arm member.
The reinforcing member 11 is welded to the tip end face of the 5b and the reinforcing member 11 is provided between the tip portions of the front arm member 5a and the rear arm member 5b, so that the connection is reliable and the strength can be improved. Therefore, it is possible to sufficiently cope with an impact when traveling on an uneven terrain.
