【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 軸と直角方向に搬送されてくる長尺材料
を1本づつ取り出す装置であって、搬送ラインの所定位
置で前記長尺材料を停止させる複数のストッパーと、こ
れらストッパーで停止された長尺材料のうちの複数本を
持ち上げてその基端枢支部側へ移動させ、装置の中央部
に配置された後述する取り出し装置に長尺材料の中央部
を押し付ける複数の入口揺動スキッドと、これら入口揺
動スキッドによって押し付けられた長尺材料のうちの1
本の中央部を保持し、この中央部のみ下流側に取り出す
取り出し装置と、この取り出し装置による取り出し時、
前記押し付けられた残りの長尺材料を前記入口揺動スキ
ッド上に払い落とすべく取り出し装置の上方位置に近接
配置された押さえ装置と、前記取り出し装置の両側に所
定の間隔を存して複数対配設され、取り出し装置によっ
て中央部のみ下流側に取り出した長尺材料を順次その両
端に向かって下流側に取り出してゆく仕分けキッカーと
で構成したことを特徴とする長尺材の材料取り出し装
置。
